First time I have tried Sonics and probably the last. The service was alright but defiantly not up to par with other places, but the major thing for me was the food. The food I got was not good at all, the Garlic butter bacon burger had to much garlic and left a very strong unpleasant after taste plus the onion rings I got were cold when I got them.

Super rude very disappointed with the service. Very young untrained kids working this location. I grew up in the restaurant business and have been in Customer service for over 15 years and this is the worst experience eve. It’s not hard to serve some fried food and ice cream. If you hardly put anything in my sonic blast and it’s all ice cream and I ask you politely to add more and you tell me to order a large and you’re fine with me not coming back instead of just making it right?! You’re a bunch of idiots

We order chicken sandwiches and onions rings and hamburger and corn dog. Horrible!! The chicken was crusty and dry!! When I took the manager she yelled at me and slam it down into the trash can!! The customer service is horrible!!!I I wish I could a negative 100 because I would!!

Went here on Saturday 3/9 at 9:20pm and was completely ignored at the order kiosk AND the window. I waited at the kiosk for atleast 5 mins and spoke into it to no avail. Then waited at the window for another 5 mins and was ignored when I could see the woman working inside.This is after I watched the car infront of us get their order. Very dissapointed, never going back to this location.

I tried to order but the person couldn’t hear me. Instead of asking to my to repeat myself he’d just go oh you mean this the put in something completely wrong. Then get upset with me when I tried to correct him. I just left. My kids were upset and I just wanted ice cream for the fam. Thanks sonic for the experience. Hope you get better headsets.

Lived next to this location for over a year now... wish the food was good! As an ex sonic cook I know where it should and all the food gets a 2-10... I won't even stop for drinks! You can do better!
I ordered through the drive-thru ordering 2 Large meals I get to the window and noticed I'm about ready to get handed 2 small/medium drinks I told the lady I ordered Large and she hands the bag of food back to have them get large sides while she changed the drinks and I paid extra for her mistake not getting the large. I get home and it looks like my fries and tots were just transferred over from the small/medium size to the large and not getting them filled anymore. Very disappointed that she made me pay more for not getting what I actually was paying for!

Ordered Footlong Chili Cheese Coney. Received something pitiful, with nearly no cheese and no chili. Tater-tots were not great, very sub-par even for Sonic.Not quite sure what's going on at this Sonic, but I'd avoid this one.

As another review recently stated, they do stop serving before 10:00pm their closing time. I also went before 10pm about 9:40 on 12/13/23 and they stated they were closed and no longer taking orders. Seems like they close whenever they feel like it.
