Sparta Coffee & Cereal Bar

I am not one to leave a bad review but come on..... I ordered a cold brew. I paid $5 and I got a warm Kirkland canned coffee. I want to support local business but not even a cup of ice? I just don't get it. Brewing coffee doesn't take a whole lot of effort. People were nice, place is fine. Products not so good.

The staff has no clue. I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie and an Açaí Bowl.

It took 20 minutes after I ordered for them to hand me my bagel. It had obviously gone through the toaster more than once as it has the texture of a crouton. There were 3 people behind the counter no excuse foe the long wait. Also the young girl behind the counter kept touching her hair and then thr food without washing her

The cereal bar is a creative option. But the kids working here have no idea what they are doing and super slow. We ordered cereal, she forgot what we asked for and almost forgot to offer us milk. And she wasn't even sure about the cereal menu when I asked questions about it. So I have no idea if they have anything but cows milk or if I received everything I paid for...at $8 for a bowl, I'm not sure if buy again. Then she seemed a little spacey on my drip coffee. Perhaps worse, Sunday am during the busiest I have seen it, they were out of so many things and 2 kids working simply was not enough. Someone from the stable should be able to jump in and help at peak times. No bagels (empty case), no bananas, no strawberries.
