Went through the drive thru yesterday and the order taker gave herself a five dollar tip without my knowledge. I asked her to load $13 on my SB card. Then, on top of that, she handed me the electronic card swipe to pay for my order. I confess, I'm older and not sharp. I paid and gave a tip. As I was leaving, i realized I paid twice. I checked my electronic receipt and that's where I found out about the $5 tip.
Can I just say UGH!
I called the manager and he said to come back for a refund. That's nice but 1) is this girl that gave herself a tip, doing this to other older folks,? and 2) I have to drive all the way back out there and I'm disabled. It's hot and I feel like crud. Owell. Don't mean to complain but please hire honest people. I've avoided this location for other reasons, so bad on me for giving it another go. Won't do that again.
The manager was real nice. Will see if they follow through on the refund this afternoon. Maybe that will salvage this store, in my estimation.

This place isn’t supposed to close until 8:30pm. I drove up at 8:05pm and the doors were locked. My work van is too big to go thru the drive thru! WTH?

I was not happy with my experience at this location today. I went to pick up my drive-thru mobile order, and the staff gave me attitude because I arrived a little early for my drink. They made me park and go inside to collect my order. When I entered, a blonde lady rudely informed me that I couldn't pull up to the drive-thru early for my order. (I was actually right on time and they were not very busy) To make matters worse, my drink was not very good. I will not come back to this location.

This is the 2nd time now where I order a drink and it’s half empty! Why? These are not 2$ coffee. We pay a lot of money for these drinks and to just get them half empty?

Not sure what happened to this Starbucks it used to be so great. Everyone was so friendly with attention to detail… Now they don’t even you when you walk in act like you’re troubling them if you talk .And have stopped putting cupholders on to go orders and of course this morning a scolding hot of coffee spilled all over my car because I couldn’t hold it and the lid fell off. I guess next time I’m in I will have to try to approach one of the people making the coffee and have this conversation. Too bad they’re grumpy enough. Hopefully the store turns it around. I do enjoy the coffee….

Some girl at the store tells us to “never order the drink again” Honestly never had any issues at other stores ordering complicated drink. If Starbucks offers the option to customize and I have paid for it, then don’t tell me I am not supposed to do it again.
