She made the wrong drink, didn’t put the lid on right and it spilled. Then when asked to make the right drink, she got sarcastic and rude. She just forgot the cold foam but made a big deal out of it and insisted I take the blame for her mistake. Ridiculous!

Service was wonderful today around 5pm. Whoever was on shift deserves to be appreciated! She was a wonderful barista and got everything correct, she didn’t show any sign of being annoyed unlike every other time I’ve gotten Starbucks. Every drink we ordered came out perfect, and every extra thing we asked for was included.

Wow, overall the drinks were good. But service the man at the cashier was miserable and blunt, i had got my drink and asked for a side of ice.. when i was served i was given my ice cup with attitude and a dirty look.. im disappointed truly, all my experiences with Starbucks was never like this

They were complaining about customers out loud and my order was wrong but didn’t realize it until I had left. It was not filled. It was half way and it was definitely not vanilla. Definitely not worth the $7. Have had much better service elsewhere.

I was here a few weeks ago . I ordered my coffee and oatmeal, and after about 10 min I asked what happened to my oatmeal. They forgot, and I had to wait again. I’m not going to come here anymore. I normally go to the Starbucks on mccaslin but it is temporarily closed. I decided to give this place another try. My oatmeal is so watery I can’t eat it, and it’s just warm. I asked for Splenda in my coffee and I did not get that. The staff here is very nice but this has been a waste of my time and $$$$.
