Chop House Restaurant at New Sheridan

New Sheridan Chop House is one of our very favorite places to eat in Telluride! I had the dinner salad and scallops and both were delicious! Service is always excellent.

Excellent meal, exquisite service, in a lovely spot, in a charming town. Doesn't get much better than that!

We throughly enjoyed our cozy corner window table. . Our server was great and the food was as well. I do not like my steak red , just pink and it hard to actually get it that way , but it was perfect and tasty !!

Outstanding food in an outstanding locale. Friendly service, and not a stuffy atmosphere at all. Some of the best scallops and lobster we've had anywhere. Filet was a little under seasoned. This is our go-to in Telluride now that the Cosmo has closed. You will like it!

2 year anniversary dinner, found a bug in main entre spoiled the evening. Will not return. Service was kind/understanding

Incredible service incredible food. We were there during off-season so it was very quiet. The prices were high, but the food lived up to the tag. Unlike many places that overcharge and underserve the service was impeccable, and I could tell well trained. The meat rivaled top five star restaurants in Scottsdale. Well done.

Great atmosphere. Comfortable seating, good service. The sides were excellent. Spinach, cauliflower, potatoes. The NY STRIP was excellent. We shared the bison steak, that was not the best. Next time we will all go for the steak!

New Sheraton chophouse has up their game. They're a neighborhood jam and the food quality is some of the best than Telluride. Definitely a steakhouse but all the appetizers are amazing and so are the sides. Some of the best bartenders around and the service.is excellent.

Exceeded expectations! Excellent tasting steak, sides and wine selection. Don't pass up getting the chop house's premiere martini! I can't wait to go back for that particular item alone. We were celebrating 3 birthdays ( my 2 daughters and I are 2 weeks apart)! They went out of their way to make us feel special. They don't do anything embarrassing like sing to you however my family sang it and some folks across at the bar clapped! It felt very fun and the atmosphere was perfect for it! Had a wonderful experience at the chophouse. It was a busy night and our table wasn't quite ready. The manager was very kind came over and brought an appetizer on the house and then after the meal took another hundred dollars off our bill. The food was outstanding in the service fantastic. This is a must go to place if you're visiting Telluride.

Great time as always. Jacob was super guiding us thru menu and wine list. Mussels and Bison Ribeye are a must.

We weren’t very hungry when we decided to go in here for a semi-dinner kind meal. Tuned out that was kind of good, considering how pricey it is. We ordered a cocktail and beer for our drinks and the cocktail was well made. For dinner we shared the Halibut, Skuna Bay Salmon and truffle fries. The Salmon with its tzatziki was a good combo and well cooked. The halibut, even though well seasoned and tasty, was just okay. My kids’ simple pasta was satisfactory. Service here was great though!
