My husband and I had Dave Hafer from Mountain Top Catering cater the rehearsal dinner for our wedding and he (and his team) did absolutely amazing! Dave was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was very patient in assist with planning the menu as we had some guests with dietary restrictions. Dave catered the dinner for our wedding and everything was delicious. He made the food at a ranch where all of the equipment, power, water, etc, had to be brought in. He made a watermelon salad, lobster pasta, stuffed zucchini, and prime rib for entree. For cocktail hour we had charcuterie, crab cakes, and short ribs. Dave’s servers were great as well and very quick and professional.
