The New Tunnel Supper Club

This place is WONDERFUL. I loved every single course and enjoyed hearing the briefs from Chef Michael about each course and how they came about and/or how they were completed for the plate. The wine matches were good as well. Chris gave small summaries on the wines as well, which was very informative.

Change menu every 6 weeks ? But chef and staff go overboard to please and educate on wine and food . Great time and worth th money and experience if you are a foodie or wine connoisseur

I was looking for a special dining experience for my wife and I. You guys made me look good! My wife was beyond impressed with the food and service. Each course was better than the previous...the patte was next level. I've never liked patte, but I woke up in the morning thinking about it! We will be back! Thank you for an absolutely incredible experience!

This was our second time to Telluride, and we were looking for a place to go for an upscale dining restaurant... coming from Scottsdale, we have pretty high expectations. This was HANDS DOWN the best dinner and service we experienced in the last several years out of everywhere we've gone. The variance of dishes, technique, and craftsmanship were next level. And it actually reminded me a ton of some of the food we had in New York at a 2 star Michelin Restaurant. You will not be disappointed! It also had a very charming, personable, down to earth vibe, where the chefs and staff chat with you throughout the dinner. It was an incredible experience, and we can't wait to go back. Thank you, to the Tunnel team, for making it a night we will never forget!

The BEST new addition to the Telluride dining scene! Every bite is delectable, meal is perfectly cooked and presented. A must when visiting or living in Telluride!

Amazing dinner. They made sure days in advance to have a vegan option for my wife. Everything about the dinner was awesome.

This was a unique dining experience. I could not get over the incredible flavors. Wine pairings were spectacular. Favorite parts of my meal was the mushroom soup and Lobster boil.Bravo to chef Michael. We will return soon. Service was impeccable. Britany & Michael are a dynamic duo. 5 stars all the way.

Excellent! Maybe some more obscure wines from around the world with the pairing. Although it was good, feel there are better wines available for the price range. Just musing

We had the pleasure of dining at The Tunnel last night, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Each of the eight courses was inventive and showcased attention to detail. The chef personally introduced every dish, and his passion for his work was evident throughout the night. We were especially impressed knowing how difficult it is for him to get support in the kitchen at this time—it’s incredible that he’s able to deliver this caliber of dining night after night. The front-of-house team was equally outstanding, providing warm, engaging service that made the evening all the more enjoyable.

Supper club theme and was fantastic. Food is so very authentic and flavorful- wine pairings were really good. Was a wonderful evening!

We had the gastronomic pleasure to dine at Tunnel last evening with our daughter and son-in-law. Every course was so interesting, thoughtfully planned, and delicious. No weak courses, and there were 10! The dining is intimate, only 12 diners in a beautifully decorated space. The chef presented and described each course in detail, from the ingredients to the inspiration. Its only been open for 6 weeks. Please support this new venture so it will be open next time we are in telluride!

What an experience! From the moment we stepped through the door, everything was perfect. We will make this a regular outing so that we can enjoy every episode of chef's series of food experiences in the style of an elevated supper club.

Chef Michael and his staff were excellent. Great tour through the very unique menu and every bite was a fun new experience.
