This was a unique dining experience. I could not get over the incredible flavors. Wine pairings were spectacular. Favorite parts of my meal was the mushroom soup and Lobster boil.Bravo to chef Michael. We will return soon. Service was impeccable. Britany & Michael are a dynamic duo. 5 stars all the way.
We had the pleasure of dining at The Tunnel last night, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Each of the eight courses was inventive and showcased attention to detail. The chef personally introduced every dish, and his passion for his work was evident throughout the night. We had the gastronomic pleasure to dine at Tunnel last evening with our daughter and son-in-law. Every course was so interesting, thoughtfully planned, and delicious. No weak courses, and there were 10! The dining is intimate, only 12 diners in a beautifully decorated space. The chef presented and described each course in detail, from the ingredients to the inspiration. Its only been open for 6 weeks. Please support this new venture so it will be open next time we are in telluride!
