This place is WONDERFUL. I loved every single course and enjoyed hearing the briefs from Chef Michael about each course and how they came about and/or how they were completed for the plate. The wine matches were good as well. Chris gave small summaries on the wines as well, which was very informative.
Change menu every 6 weeks ? But chef and staff go overboard to please and educate on wine and food . Great time and worth th money and experience if you are a foodie or wine connoisseur
Fantastic Experience! Stop second guessing yourself on the wine parings and just get it! You'll be beyond pleased. Stellar production! There is a new Sheriff in town when it comes to tremendous dining experiences in Telluride! You're doing it right Tunnel!
