Nice place for a food cart. The quality of the food is solid and the delivery is super fast. They have a nice short menu with lots of options. Really great for lunch or late lunch.
The rice bowls a really good and provide a great quick meal. Again the taste and quality are very good.
Vegetarian options: They can make any of the plates without meat.

We have been coming to telluride for 7 years and ate at the Wok of Joy food truck in Mountain Village for the first time today. It was the best meal we’ve had in Telluride… hands down. Amazing, authentic Thai food. Unfortunately we tried it on our last day this trip. If it had been the first, I’m betting we’d have had it multiple times this week.

Nice little food truck in the middle of the area. They don't have water so you have to buy a drink. But it was all really good. My wife had the pad thai which she enjoyed, I had the garlic pepper chicken which tasted great and truly home made too. I wish portion sizes were a bit bigger as I could have eaten 2 of those but the quality was there, no question.

Disappointed by the average food and incredibly long wait times. I’ve had food trucks that were many times faster and more delicious. The pork I got was fatty and tasted nothing like the good Thai options in Austin.
Ate here when Wok of Joy was a restaurant and to her new food cart - both times were mind blowingly amazing!! Seriously, I constantly crave her food. Hands down the best food in Telluride. Run to this food cart!!
