Best gluten and dairy free cake (chocolate bunt cake) I have ever had. And we have tried a lot in the area. It doesn’t taste like cardboard and was still good a couple of days later (unlike most gluten free stuff). Service was top notch. I will be back for sure.

As the other reviews say, you honestly cannot even tell that it's gluten free. Everyone I shared it with could not believe it when I told them afterwards! Absolutely delicious and will be my go-to bakery from now on for vegan.

My 30th birthday was on Tuesday 01/07, the night of the blizzard, and was so worried I wouldn’t get the special food and gluten free cake I ordered because of the storm. This birthday was a tough one so I just wanted it to be special. I contacted the owner of The Alternative Bakery in Broomfield on Monday night because my mom was gonna to pick up the cake the next day and she’s terrified of driving in storms. She offered to deliver in two hours for $5. This store is almost a half hour away. She delivered it and was so sweet and didn’t want to charge me the fee because it was my birthday. I paid her anyway of course. But I was shocked she was willing to do that for me. The cake was DELICIOUS. I’m the only gluten free person in my family but we all agreed it was the best cake we’ve ever had in our lives!! And it was gorgeous. So so so worth it. Also she said it was like 5-8 servings but it was so rich and filling, it gave us about 12 servings!

Omg I feel like I have hit the jackpot finding this bakery! I’m not even gluten free just dairy and soy and everything is sooooo amazing and even my husband who eats all things loves it! We just started purchasing this week and have already bought 4 times! Lemon blueberry loaf, oatmeal cream pies and double chocolate zucchini loafs are all to die for! I can’t see what else she has up her sleeve and to try more amazing things!

I LOVE this bakery. So many things that my family (non-gluten free members) just love! To find a place that both my family and I (I have celiac disease) can both thoroughly enjoy because the GF items are so tasty is an incredible find!!

I have tried a few of Ashley’s treats and OMG are they amazing! So rich and sweet you can’t tell they are gluten free! So good even my picky dad (who swears it’s has to have gluten to taste good) didn’t know what he was eating. Her hot chocolate cake is by far one of the best things I have had this season! I’ll be ordering from her again.
Ashley’s baked goods are to die for! I really appreciate that everything is gluten-free as I am very sensitive and have Hashimoto’s. I’ve never had any reactions at all eating anything I’ve bought here. My family eats gluten, but they don’t miss it when eating these delicious treats. ???? I could eat the keto pumpkin rolls everyday. I just discovered her apple cider cinnamon sugar donuts, and every bite was mouthwateringly yummy! Rolls, cakes, sweet breads — everything I’ve had from Ashley has been amazing!

I contacted them early in the morning for a order of gluten free, nut free cinnamon rolls for a friends birthday. They were able to make them and I picked them up a couple hours later while they were still hot and brought them to my friend. They were amazing!
