Food was decent I guess, as good as you could get at Chili’s or Red Robin, but terrible service. We were ignored by the staff as our waitress seemed annoyed to take our order and then never checked back in on us. We wanted a box but could never get one due to the service (or lack of service) so instead we wrapped it up in a couple napkins and left. Atmosphere also gets one star because the table behind us kept staring and laughing at us which made us uncomfortable during our visit (not what you really want for business). Our waitress served the table in front of us, then skipped over us and went directly to the one behind us. If you’re in the area, just go to Chili’s which is about a block away; you’ll get better service and the food is much more worth it.

Today is Monday February 23rd, me and my friend group came in around 8:30 pm. When we sat down we didn’t get service for a good 20 mins before even asking for our drinks and food by that point we just ordered all of our food at once. There were only about 5 groups of people inside the place eating and about 5 staff on floor. We waited for another 30 mins for only our appetizers to arrive then we asked the food runner how long the other food would take since we have already been here for about and hour, to which she said she would go and ask for us. Our server came over and asked what the mistake was and we let her know that we had already been here for an hour to which she said she would go and see what was ready and then came back with all separate checks even though it was supposed to be on one but she didn’t ask. When we corrected her that we didn’t want the entrees so we weren’t going to pay for that which she stormed off agitated. We tried to stay calm while she was being rude the whole time and only check on us once to order the food and the next time when we asked to only pay for the drinks and appetizers since we still didn’t receive the food. During that time me friend group over heard her talking unprofessionally to another coworker about us during this time as well. I will not be coming back to this establishment hopefully others have a better experience but mine was not great at all.

Sat at the bar and Noah took amazing care of us, will be returning regularly to see him. Drink was tasty, food was good too! (As a server I’ve never found a place I would like to be a regular at until now.)
