I just went there tonight , the family loved it but, they forgot my rueban and half of my potato cakes. I went back expecting some refund B.S. as most places do. Instead, they gave me a fresh new sandwich and a full order of potato cakes as well my old sandwich they forgot. Always good food, quick drive thru, and over the top customer service. LFG Arbys!!!

This Arby's store needs to change their sign outside reads 2 Ham & Swiss melts for $7.00 when I order at the drive up was told sign was wrong it was the gyros on sale not the ham& Swiss melts , I left without ordering anything , really disappointed.

The drive thru was very slow and the food wasn't good. Normally this location is fine. They must have changed management? They gave me a smashed sandwich.

Josh impressed me the minute we walked in . Josh and the staff bent over backwards to make our dinner good. Josh gave us a free refill on the strawberry lemonade and I am pretty sure he was not supposed to. Make sure Josh rises to the top as quick as possible so he don't go somewhere else. Thanks Arby's
