Honestly, they set the bar for how customer service should be. I've come here several times and every time I consistently receive great food and service. The restaurant is always clean.

Ordered a 5 piece tenders my order was handed to someone else by mistake and they grabbed it from him and brought it straight to me with no consideration of food safety when I checked my order there was only 2 tenders and 2 tiny nuggets( put together I wouldn't even consider it 1) and no spoon for my Mac and cheese. I would post the pics but for some reason its not letting me

It wasn't a good visit this last time as far as communication and the flavor of the food. We went towards the end of the night so maybe the staff had a long day. Other times I've ate here its been good.

Amazing experience at Arby’s today. The food was hot and fresh the service was outstanding. Andrew ran the front counter and was very friendly and attentive. The gave us a free drink cause it was our first time in and we will definitely be back!! Thank you
