Dissatisfied! Venezuelan Friends recommended this food truck to visit.More than 1hr waiting for the food. Greasy food, sauces over the burgers and plantains, hard arepas, and then empanadas seem fried in a dirty oil. More than $90 dollars for the long wait and not a great experience. Completely disrespectful for customers that traveled to visit your business. Customer service is not the best, if they are busy, they are rude and they just said “you have to wait”..
so, customers, if you are hungry, bring your snacks or pop corn with you while you wait for your food because it will take long to get it:(

We came today 08/26/24. I am not venezuelan but I have a lot of venezuelan friends and one of them recommended me this place. The food was ok, I think for the price is a little bit high for the quality of the food but overall it was good. The customer service was AWFUL! they had a like 5 people waiting on line (including myself) and she told us to wait because she was on the phone with deliveries, ridiculous. We spent $70. I ordered a cachapa, and I used all of the sauce it comes with it. I asked them if they could give me a little bit more, and they said “it’s one dollar” I repeat again. We spent $70 and they had the guts to tell me it’s one more dollar for a sauce. That’s not a way to keep a customer.
