I don't give bad reviews and always try to find something positive, but this time I can't. We ordered the chicken tenders meal that comes with a biscuit and fries. The fries were cold, chewy, and hard. The biscuit had to be day old. It was cold and hard as a rock. The chicken was warm but overcooked and chewy. The dining room was dirty, and almost every table had crumbs, drink lids, and sticky spilled stuff on it. They were not busy. We were the only ones in the dining room at about 3 pm. This was a KFC and A&W combined location.

Well just had my craving for cheese curds and they were great as usual but I also ordered a toot beer and I was like 3/4 ice ...as drinks aren't already a rip off . Sad they can't train employees properly.

Chicken wasn't done. A&W root beer fountain shot out carbonated water. You have to get a 5 digit code from a employee to use the rest room. Ended up just throwing our dinners away and leaving.

Went inside to order on a Thursday night around 7:30, we stood there for 15 minutes without even being greeted. The two line cooks stood there looking at me talking crap and laughing as I was growing agitated. Poor service and rude workers!! ??

Had a mess up on our order, and the staff made it right very quickly. We did enjoy the food and how quickly it came out.
Table's were dirty ,trashcan s overflowing into floor thighs were no cooked proper and fat not removed sodamachine out of order ,obviously they don't care to have sit-down customers .if it wasn't for the girl working the drive up window ,who seemed to be the only person working, this would have turned me away for good at this location,they need to clean up there act,. I had worked at a KFC in my younger years and I can see this location has week management ,it's like they could care less if you come for a meal

Every time I come to the store they're out of so many things and they don't tell you until you already pay for them and then they come out and they're like hey we don't have those anymore this happened twice in a less than a week, also I don't know why but every member of the staff seems to have a chip on their shoulder because its like they're angry at me for even ordering there and I don't understand that at all. The food takes forever, and that would be forgivable if all the other things about this establishment weren't so embarrassingly bad. My last visit there was 7/13/24, and the food was really gross for some reason
Wow was rushed when I ordered. So missed half the food I needed. Then waited for my food forever and they missed items so was gonna run back in but door was locked so had to do drive thru. Don't waste ur time

Went for my elderly parents for double cheese Papa burgers. Took over 4 min inside before anybody took my order, then get home and my mothers first bite had a jalapeño, then my father found one in his. After taking my mother to the E.R., I finally got to eat my Papa burger, and a single jalapeño. Seems strange each sandwich had a single jalapeño. Funny joke. When I tried calling the restaurant, no answer. Just ring after ring. I've tried calling for over an hour with no luck. Once I get my mother home I will be going to the restaurant as well as an attorney. Update... Drove to restaurant and was told I need to read the menu better cuz it was changed a week ago. So the Papa burger which has been the same as far back as I can remember was A-2, now thats the spicy papa. Not a jalapeño papa, a spicy papa. God willing my mother will understand, as long as her allergy to jalapeños doesn't kill her. And whoever the woman was at the restaurant didn't show one ounce of concern or a willingness to be human. I will never eat A&w ever again.
