We actually had chicken, but it was really bad two times in a row and when I called they told me they would give me my money back or a free dinner but when I went back for it, they said they didn’t write it down any books so they don’t have any record of it

Food was excellent. Its been a really long time since I've had A&W and the food this time surpassed my expectations. The people all seemed to be friendly but we ended up having to wait for what seemed like an unnecessary amount of time for our food. It was close to 15 min we had to wait at the end of the drive through for our food. I dont know what the hold uo was but the food tasted really good and I could tell that they didnt make our food and put it in the bag to wait under the lights until whatever other food got done making. I could tell it was all made fresh and was still piping hot once we got home. Overall things were good except for the wait and the employees were friendly and nice but seemed like zombies. They kind of just went through the motions with not really any personality.

The food is okay. Almost always sketchy people hanging around and in the place though. Looks like a homeless guy works there, and his girlfriend/wife parks in a booth for his shift.
Milkshakes hove gotten really thin lately. The kid there say we have to pay more for extra ice cream if we want something better than lumpy milk.
The manager is trying pretty hard to hold the place together. But he’s not there all the time.
We likely won’t be returning here again.
As expensive as fast food has become, we’d rather spend a little more and have a better experience at someplace like Applebee’s or Chili’s.

Service was good, however food was mushy and under cooked, lots of flies in restaurant and one of the employees small children are there majority of the time I go in. They are running around screaming and making a mess. Very un professional to alow this in a public establishment! This place used to be really good, unfortunately it has gone down alot recently.

Came here at 10:45 told me they didn’t have enough time for me or my money and told me they were closed. Turn the AI robot on me as I drove off on the speakerphone through the drive-through horrible.
I dont like giving poor reviews. However, the customer service and food here has been consistently poor for some time now. Do not waste your money on cheese curds. They will come over cooked to the point the cheese is cooked out of them leaving you with a shell of coating. The amount in my last order barely made it above halfway in the container. Customer Service about it is subpar at best with excuses about weight over volume and they've even told me the cheese probably melted out in the bottom of the container and I should check. The diet root beer is always calibrated wrong, its like getting carbonated water with essence of root beer. At this point I doubt that I'll be going back. I'd rather pay the extra at Culvers knowing the food will be as expected or they will attempt to make it right.

I don't give bad reviews and always try to find something positive, but this time I can't. We ordered the chicken tenders meal that comes with a biscuit and fries. The fries were cold, chewy, and hard. The biscuit had to be day old. It was cold and hard as a rock. The chicken was warm but overcooked and chewy. The dining room was dirty, and almost every table had crumbs, drink lids, and sticky spilled stuff on it. They were not busy. We were the only ones in the dining room at about 3 pm. This was a KFC and A&W combined location.

Well just had my craving for cheese curds and they were great as usual but I also ordered a toot beer and I was like 3/4 ice ...as drinks aren't already a rip off . Sad they can't train employees properly.
