I looked around town for the longest for a Nieveria with good authentic taste, until I finally found Ay Guey! Little did I know it was just around the block from my house. I now take my family here when they visit from Mexico. The shop and staff give a good vibe. The portions are perfect. Good place to stop after a date night.

Ay güey is the best! Everything is so delicious. My favorite definitely is el raspado de nuez! It’s so bomb! And the elotes, the ice cream, the tortas, the fries. I love it here! They make everything with love plus it’s always SUPER CLEAN. I recommend it 10000%.

So to start there was a fly in my corn and a couple of hairs in my daughter’s strawberry’s and cream. I get it if it was just one item but both items having something in it is just disgusting. Also they say they close at 9 but they were hurrying us out the door by 8 so they could clean and go home early.

Not sure where the 4.5 rating came from but it ain't all that, the lady at the counter was short and not helpful asked for jalapeños on our dorinachos and got 5 in the box

This place has the best snacks! It reminds me of Mexico or Cali. However the staff at the register could work on their customer a little more. I was there on Sunday, June 30th around 5:00 pm.

I’ve been in multiple times with my friends every time I’ve gone in the front cashier lady is always very rude and mad, when we ask questions she looks at us like we don’t know what we are talking about and last time I went in they didn’t even get our order right. This place is a bad atmosphere and expensive and they don’t get orders right! Don’t go.

I've been wanting to visit because not too many places sell Aguas Frescas near me. There were no customers, but I was attended to immediately. The clerk told me what flavors they offered, and I had an opportunity to talk about the history of the restaurant. She had a tip jar with a two dollar bill in it. I asked if she could exchange it for an electronic tip. She replied, no, because it was their lucky two dollar bill but then told me they had three total, but someone stole the other two. (Not sure why they don't just frame it and display it on their back wall?). The cucumber lime refreshment is delicious, and I can't wait to return and try their other flavors.
