Excellent food but service is lacking. Even though I was told my order would be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes I waited almost 20 minutes for my order to be in my hands. Since I ordered takeout, I waited for my food but when it was truly ready it was placed in the hot box but no one announced my order was ready. I've been to other blackjacks where they follow this process which if this location followed they would have received five stars. Otherwise, if you're looking...
It's more of a take out place so the atmosphere isn't much, but it's clean. But it's the pizza I came for and I missed having it when we moved away from Colorado. Their hand tossed crust is perfect.
Food was amazing and the service was even better! I don’t usually leave reviews but I was amazed at positive attitudes of the supervisor and her staff so I had to make sure I showed my gratitude!
