I enjoyed the wonton soup very much, the vegetables were delicious, and the flavor was strong. The teriyaki beef and onions were tasty. The fried rice, was very dry unfortunately, and the egg roll filling seemed to only have cabbage, and not much flavor. There was one server for the restaurant and she was very nice, and attentive to us. The chairs were very uncomfortable, and the tables were short and my knees were almost touching the top of them. The prices, however, are reasonable and affordable.
I was stuck between a 4 and a 3, but also accounting the chairs, I had to go with a 3.
It’s good.
My favorite restaurant by far! We love you!
Excellent food, and great service. I mostly got takeout but the food was in excellent condition and quality
Good food. Always pretty chill.
Great food and service ❤️ best fried rice I tried for a long time
The food is incrdible, the lady who takes orders is realy nice, overall just a great little place to try
Dine in,
I’m a frequent customer, and have been overall pleased with Blue Bay, reviewing them positively in the past from different accounts. The panang beef curry has been my favorite, never disappointed.
I ordered crab cheese wontons, egg roll, sesame chicken, fried rice.
Crab cheese wonton- although the appetizer came to me hot and fresh (which makes a huge difference), the ingredients was sweet cream cheese only, no crab that I could see or taste.
Egg rolls- store bought frozen rolls made with rice paper, I knew what they looked like from other reviews, I shouldn’t have ordered, my mistake. Seeing other reviews comments, Yes the fat hand made rolls are the best but are gone forever, I have yet to find any restaurant make them from scratch anymore.
Sesame chicken- portion size was ok, the sauce is absolutely perfect, sweet with a little bit of red pepper heat, yum. However, the chicken was over-cooked which made the chicken very dry. Despite the killer sauce, I had to spit out half the chicken. Next time I’ll try chicken wings in sesame sauce, might be my new favorite
Fried rice- the absolute worst I’ve had.
1. The rice came to me under cooked “Al dente”, I tried to explain what Al dente means, or uncooked, to no avail waitress didn’t understand, I gave up.
2. Ingredients- rice with meal, no veggies, a little bit of egg that needed to be seen under microscope, and a slight touch of soy sauce. Based off other reviews, I see you get actual fried rice when you purchase separately with a protein you want.
Overall, the food is good here, been ordering from them couple years, but sad to say it has been hit and miss over time
Service was good, food came out pretty quick. Had the Hong Kong noodle (bowl) which comes out on a plate. It's just hair thin noodles sauced up. Didn't really had any unique flavor profile but was on the sweeter side like a teriyaki. The meat egg roll wasn't good. Barely any meat.
Disappointed. Looked through photos to see their fried rice and assumed I saw what I wanted. Fried rice with vegetables in it. Then I ordered 2 meals and received 1 togo container of what looks to me like bland, old rice tossed in some brown coloring. Why does it seem like it’s hard to find good takeout fried rice nowadays? Orange chicken and sesame chicken was tasty and an appropriate size. Could’ve done with a few more vegetables in the serving. The egg role was a complete letdown. One of those small, thin, rice paper rolls. What happened to the old egg rolls? The thick ones? No one does that anymore. I wasn’t surprised. Then I ordered a meat egg roll for a $1+ and literally had one bite of meat in the thin thing. The ribs were flavorful but incredibly fatty. I bet this place is good for some people but not what I was looking for. If I had no other choice, sure I’d still eat here. Just, it isn’t my favorite option after tonight’s attempt.

Love the food but just had the worst delivery experience. I tipped on the app and the man that delivers for this restaurant would not leave my door because he was under the impression I didn’t tip. So extremely rude. I won’t be ordering from here again.
You guys didn't remember to give us the fried rice or egg rolls. I feel kind ripped off. Ngl.
We just moved to the area a few weeks ago, and we're still trying to find some great places to eat on our Friday night out.
We came across Blue Bay Asian Cafe tonight, and we were amazed.
The restaurant is clean, service was amazing and the food was hot, fresh, and fantastic.
Great Place.

Delicious dinner even my kid loved! We started with steamed edamame and had the general tso and honey walnut chicken dishes. Very jealous of people who live near this place and can order takeout regularly!
