Great food decent prices but can wait a while some days.
The Bluebird Cafe is more than just a breakfast spot it’s become a special place for our family . We’ve been coming here for years, in and out as our baby has grown, and every visit feels like coming home. The food is consistently amazing hearty, fresh, and cooked with care. Whether it’s pancakes, omelets, or a good old cup of coffee, they always deliver.
What makes this place truly stand out is the people. Being family owned, you can feel the love in every detail from the way they remember your name to how patient and kind they are with families. Our little one has basically grown up eating here, and it’s such a comforting thing to know there’s still a place that values people as much as great food.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants real food, real people, and a place that feels like family.
Cute place, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Food could have been a little hotter temperature wise but very tasty. Emily served us and was very nice.
Good food.
They wouldn't serve us. I walked into the café and it was five minutes till two. I went in and asked the host if they were still serving and if we would be seated. She said yes, she came up to help at the front. She said I would have to order in two minutes or less, and I hadn't even been seated yet. I explained to her I had my 93-year-old mother and she was barely walking in and also told her that we had tried the Chinese restaurant and the sandwich place in those places were both closed. lol and she responded with, you have to order in two minutes. I pointed out my mom at the front door, cause she was walking in and told her it was gonna take her a little while to get seated. And again she responded you have to order in two minutes so I just told her OK just forget it. It's gonna take my mother longer to sit down and you guys are gonna be closed if you're not gonna give us time to sit down. I've never been treated this way before at this café. I was very disappointed.
The food was okay, our eggs weren’t cooked all the way , our kids meals didn’t come with fruit only to make a smiley face on a pancake. Paying almost $80 wasn’t worth it. It was better 3 years ago when we came.
Was just passing through and grabbed some brunch. the food was pretty good, as was the service!

One of the best places to have breakfast with family or friends. We were attracted the first time by the quality of the service, the atmosphere and the food... a delight!
Today we had the pleasure of sharing with Dollis, the Store Manager of "Bluebird Café", very nice, she made us feel very welcome at the place, always attentive and with a smile. She is an empowered woman and committed to her restaurant, together with her colleagues they provide excellent service, a whole family experience.

Very Loud! Too loud to have a conversation without shouting at each other. The menu is very limited. The Food is average. The Bacon could be cooked a little more. The Eggs could be cooked a little less. I asked for a side of Gravy, got it in a small metal ramekin that was ½ full. I wanted to use it to cover a biscuit that had been cut in ½. Didn't even cover ¼ of the area I wanted covered. The server dropped off the food & then forgot us. Practically had to run him down to get another side order of gravy. He was just standing around by the cash register & never looking in our direction, Food is overpriced. Parking is Limited. Wouldn't really recommend anything on the menu. This is NOT my favorite Restaurant.

Great breakfast spot. Usually a 10-15 minute wait. Will text you when your table is ready so you can get some grocery chores done at the unSafeway if the wait is long

Loved this place, had never eaten here before, and we were just passing through during vacation. I would definitely eat here frequently if we lived nearby. You won't regret going.
Dietary restrictions: Not gluten-free, friendly - be careful what you pick off the menu. I was able to eat and had a great breakfast. If you have a severe allergy, be very careful. I did get cross-contamination, but not enough to make me sick.

Found this diner/cafe near the intersection of East 92nd Avenue and Thornton Parkway for a breakfast. Pleasant, laid-back, easy going atmosphere and friendly, attentive service from the staff. Menu has a good variety of food items and the prices are very reasonable. Had an omelette with ranch potatoes (cubed, seasoned) and an English muffin with coffee. The food tasted good and the coffee was very enjoyable. Plenty of seats and tables, as well as free parking, shared with other businesses in the shopping plaza. Recommended!
