Typically when I try a new cuisine I find something I enjoy, unfortunately the best thing on the table was the over priced fries. Had it not been for those and the waitress explaining some items on the menu to me it would be a single star review. The picture is what the hot mess actually looks like while trying to taste the food in the bowl at a temperature that equals the surface of the sun. And I'm not talking about spicy temperatures my food was very bland. The shrimp tacos at 5 bucks a pop that are seasoned with a lime mayo. Nope, never again. And why is a lemonade five dollars?Sad date night!
Bopp Kitchen is a hidden gem in Thornton, Colorado that serves up delicious Asian fusion dishes. We recently had the pleasure of dining here, and we were blown away by the food. Our server was friendly and attentive, and she made sure that we had everything we needed.Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience at Bopp Kitchen. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal. Well worth the drive from Denver if you don't live nearby.
Atmosphere was great. We were treated nicely right away. Food and drinks were delicious. Would highly recommend.
Awesome little place!! Hope it gets the love it deserves. Trendy little hip interior. Nice decorations a couple nice little spots for selfies. Lots of windows and well lit! Food was awesome!! Tried a few different things and was happy with them all!! The spicy eda mame comes with a peppery sweet sauce that was sooo good!! Some of the best sauce I've ever had! Would use it for wings, fries, the pork ribs, shots, anything it was amazing!! Also had the fried mandu dumplings. Hot, crispy with a juicy flavorful filling and sweet soy dipping sauce. The pork belly loaded fries were not bad. The fries themselves are great, the pork belly was soft and squishy. Would have been better if it were a little more crispy. The garlic aoli was good though. I ate it all lol.The spicy fusion hot wings were awesome... sooooo hot!! Temperature wise. They were probably 532° and burnt tf outta my mouth!!after letting them cool for about 10 min they were sooooo good! Crispy on the outside with a generous amount of sauce and juicy and well cooked on the inside!! The soy ginger sauce was so good. A+ Funally had the pork ribs which are braised and fried and dusted with a dry rub that is similar to tajin. The meat was so juicy and flavorful it just fell right off the bone and melted in your mouth. Dipped it in the wing and eda mame sauce for a bonus little flavor burst! 10/10 highly recommended. The server was very nice! Attentive and always ready for any requests or question we might of had..Was sad that they were out of Kim chi though so I'll definitely be going back to get some more!!
So thankful for the hospitality the Bopp Kitchen showed the foster community during such a special event the other night. It was so nice to get to go out for a nice dinner! We thank you for your support. The food was delicious! I had the bibimbopp, and brussel sprouts. I tried a bao bun, some of their teriyaki chicken, and their french fries which are tossed with a siracha seasoning. All fantastic! The owner Gabriel spent time getting to know us and made us feel supported and seen. I also really enjoyed the interior design. Thanks again!
I got the Bulgogi sliders and Korean tacos. I was expecting the sliders to be made with the typical bugolgi beef, but it was a regular burger patty with bulgogi sauce. still tasted pretty good, the buns were good too, which i appreciated for sliders. the fries were the highlight of the dish imo. great sriracha seasoning.I also got the Korean tacos. These were pretty good as well. It was shredded like barbacoa / carnitas, in the korean marinade. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was better than expected.Overall the food was good. I feel like there could be more value for the money. $14 for the 2 sliders is pricey, and the Tacos were $12.Will come back to try a couple other things on the menu.
Such a cozy and cute venue! I am new to the area and have been curious to try Bopp Kitchen...it did not disappoint! They had some awesome craft cocktails (I got the Golden Girl), delicious appetizers (I ordered the crab rangoons ?️), and so many yummy dinners to choose from (I went with the Korean tacos with spicy pork). The service was fantastic...so many good things here. I will definitely be back!
The service, food, and drinks were amazing. Stopped by for an appetizer and a cocktail. They had a delicious lavender drink. My sister had a drink with Tajin and hubby tried a couple of their beers. Tried their fries pork belly and kimchi, so good!We had a issue with our food the owner quickly came and apologized. He was so apologetic and stuck around to chat with us. I'm definitely returning and highly recommend! Owner mentioned there will soon be Karaoke night.
We came across this restaurant while shopping in the same plaza and wanted to give it a try. We weren't sure at first because the place was pretty empty but I think it's just because it's tucked away in the back in the corner. It's kind of hard to see from the the road so people probably don't realize it's here.We ordered wings, fries and the teriyaki chicken with rice. Everything was delicious and the service was great!
My friends took me here. Was not expecting much. Once I was inside. It changed my mind. I love the setup, food was delicious, the owner is a pretty cool guy, and I definitely would recommend this place. There is a variety of options to choose from. I do like the vibe and I will come here again.

Got lunch here and it was quiet for a Saturday afternoon and very relaxing. The atmosphere is very cute and I love all the plants and large bar! My partner and I both had the ramen. The broth was delicious, pork was yummy with good flavoring, the egg was perfect, and with a good amount of noodles (I normally always have to order extra noodles and didn’t have to here). Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back to try more!
Dietary restrictions: Had gluten free noodles option for the ramen
A beautiful small restaurant with modern interior and clean bathroom. We tried their Spicy pork ribs and chicken bowl. Food is full of flavor, hands down this ribs beat any bbq places around. Next time we will try their cocktails.
Really tasty food. Kimchi fries were fantastic. Wings were really good. Brussel sprouts also great. Pancake was pretty decent. Great service too. Only complaint is that it was a bit salty so I was pounding water. Also, it is more of a Korean fusion place, so keep that in mind. We'll definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: Waiter gave my kid a plastic cup with a lid and a straw.
I had higher expectation of this place, as a kept coming up as popular in this area, perhaps because it's new where another type of restaurant was and closed.Anyways the place was decorated fairly nice , same setup/layout though which I wasn't completely sold on previously, however we are here for the food so let's continue...So , I ordered japchae and a taco as an afterthought thinking the japchae may not have much beef.Initially looking at the menu online I thought the prices were tad high for noodles. Once I received my noodles the plate was a good size and and came to find did have enough protein.Taste? It was amazing! It was full of flavor and slightly sweet and spicy but well balanced, from flavor to texture was perfect! The beef was very tasty and tender. My dissapointment? The menu is a bit limited which can be good to maintain quality; however would be great if can eventually expand to more items. The taco I expected much more; something called a korean taco definately didn't seem Much of a fusion. While I took a piece of chicken it tasted good but crisp on outside but not tender or juicy on inside, also it was not marinated with anything or any unique flavors. The dressing on the taco while it had some color tasted mainly like mayo. For the quality of taco not worh $4 , wouldn't consider it premium or gourmet taco.Taco 3 stars.Japchae 5 stars.Coke 4 starsService 4 stars (can improve)Staff a bit young, they're trying but have to gain some experience , the manager however seems to be keeping an eye and even greeted as leaving restaurant.Hope can iron the details and wish you much success!
