Ordered takeout. 40mins past pick up window and my food still wasn’t ready. Nobody bothered to come and update the 6+ people waiting for orders on what was going on. I had to go and ask a waitress for an update. I asked if they could please just cancel my order and issue a refund and the person in charge Rosa was not helpful at all and didn’t bother apologizing.

Ordered pickup. Food was cold, 15 minute wait past pickup time frame. They forgot all of the sauces for the salad, 20 wings plus appetizers. Said they would refund the sauces but dipping finger foods is part of the fun and enjoyment plus flavor! Disappointing experience.

I was at bdubs this past weekend for the playoffs game and it was such a great atmosphere!! Even though it was very busy our waitress Kaylee was amazing and very attentive.

Ordered dinner from this location this evening and my wings were delivered without sauce. The sticker on the box had the right instructions (1/2 medium, 1/2 salt & vin). Usually the wings are great and I was looking forward to a delicious meal, but got unflavored wings instead.

This is about the dirtiest Buffalo Wild Wings i've been too. Starting from the entrance, it stinks like toilets, maybe because they are at the entrance, so you have to walk through them to get seated. Carpet and inside establishment seems like it never gets cleaned to be honest. Then when i was done i had to use the bathroom, and sure thing, bathrooms are horrible and dirty. Broken faucets, graffiti on the walls, holes in the walls.. though i was in jail for a sec, and they stink too. What's even worse, is the manager seeing 4 people of the staff just standing there on there phones with out doing anything... there's always something to do, and cleaning is one of them, not sure if i'll be back to this place.

Waited at the front for 10-15 minutes before anyone finally acknowledged that I was there. I even tried “calling” while waiting and no one came to answer the phone. When someone finally came out to ask me if I was picking up an order, they told me they didn’t have an order under my husbands name. He had called three times at that point to put in an order. Despite that, I should not have been standing at the pickup counter for 10-15 minutes before finally being helped by someone. Don’t go here; it’s not worth your time.

Only leaving a star because i couldn’t leave 0. I came in to eat dinner with my family and the service was very poor there was little to no people in the restaurant and we still waited 2 hours for our food, to say the least i’m very disappointed in the experience me and my family had.

Just walked out after not being seated for over 10 minutes, two difference waiters walked past us and didnt try to help us. Management needs to step up take ownership of how there store is ran.
