Ordered dinner from this location this evening and my wings were delivered without sauce. The sticker on the box had the right instructions (1/2 medium, 1/2 salt & vin). Usually the wings are great and I was looking forward to a delicious meal, but got unflavored wings instead.

This is about the dirtiest Buffalo Wild Wings i've been too. Starting from the entrance, it stinks like toilets, maybe because they are at the entrance, so you have to walk through them to get seated. Carpet and inside establishment seems like it never gets cleaned to be honest. Then when i was done i had to use the bathroom, and sure thing, bathrooms are horrible and dirty. Broken faucets, graffiti on the walls, holes in the walls.. though i was in jail for a sec, and they stink too. What's even worse, is the manager seeing 4 people of the staff just standing there on there phones with out doing anything... there's always something to do, and cleaning is one of them, not sure if i'll be back to this place.

Waited at the front for 10-15 minutes before anyone finally acknowledged that I was there. I even tried “calling” while waiting and no one came to answer the phone. When someone finally came out to ask me if I was picking up an order, they told me they didn’t have an order under my husbands name. He had called three times at that point to put in an order. Despite that, I should not have been standing at the pickup counter for 10-15 minutes before finally being helped by someone. Don’t go here; it’s not worth your time.

Only leaving a star because i couldn’t leave 0. I came in to eat dinner with my family and the service was very poor there was little to no people in the restaurant and we still waited 2 hours for our food, to say the least i’m very disappointed in the experience me and my family had.

Just walked out after not being seated for over 10 minutes, two difference waiters walked past us and didnt try to help us. Management needs to step up take ownership of how there store is ran.

First of all, Skylar was fantastic, so no complaints about her end of the service. It was the food that was not good.
We got there at lunch time and there were not many people there, but it took a long time to get our food. My wings were way over cooked, tough and dry. They do come with loads of dressing so that helped get them down.
Wing Shack is much better. Domino's wings are better. The Greeley BWW is better. Maybe it was just an off day for this location? I powered thru them because they are expensive and I wasn't going to leave any behind.

It's a seat yourself. Sign posted at the door. Didn't get someone to take drink orders for like 20 minutes after we sat down. Food was fine. Cold for the most part. Kind was forgotten for awhile. Just wasn't as good as we hoped to be. By far not the best experience at

‘seat yourself’ sign at the hostess stand. we hadn’t gotten our drinks until 30 minutes after we ordered. i ordered tito’s spiked lemonade, i tasted it and it tasted off, apparently they put jack in it even tho that’s not part of the drink. didn’t even get our food until almost an hour after ordering. food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting for awhile waiting to be taken out. terrible service.

Food was good but the smell made it hard to enjoy my meal. It smells terrible. Doesn’t matter were you go smells absolutely foul. Never have gone to a restaurant that has bad odor in the air. Was definitely weird.

Went to celebrate a family milestone and was generally disappointed. Very dirty - walked over chicken bones, almost sat in ranch, food was cold, had to ask for items multiple times. Server was polite.
