Attempted to order a whopper with 3 meets. Had to take it back twice it was the smelliest gross looking hamburger I have ever experienced. Let alone told the manager on duty and he said they could not remake another hamburger. He could not assist us at all! It is vary disturbing since we paid them 10 dollars for it. Worst experience ever!

I think this location has the grouchiest staff in all of Colorado. They are rude, especially the morning shift. It's always dirty in the lobby, so I never eat there. They get my orders wrong half the time and always rush me when I'm ordering.

Drive-thru tenant was rude! took forever! then lied about being all by himself and he clearly wasnt! Like OMG how hard is fast food I've done it before!! And my fries were cold!!! And not to mention the the rude person appeared to be the manager!

Whoever was working the window tonight was amazing he made me laugh, was quick and efficient, everything was made fresh which is so awesome! I said no onion, got no onion!!!! I just came in today, Thursday, December 7, 2023 about 11:45 AM. I went through the drive-through and was immediately greeted by the employee, running the drive-through with a cheery and upbeat voice, which I truly appreciated because I’ve been going through it. I was asked last minute to bring something for lunch because they had forgotten theirs at home and I needed something quick And I’m glad that I went with this location. I downloaded the Burger King app right there in the drive-through set it up and ordered the $30 Coke zero bundle deal it is literally two whoppers and two of their original chicken sandwiches two orders of small fries two orders of chicken nuggets, and two orders of a soft drink I put cheese on the sandwiches and my total came to about $35. The employee running. The drive-through was seriously a breath of fresh air in my crazy Day and I truly appreciate him making me laugh. Thank you so much for reminding me to just breathe a smile and laugh with all the crazy life we live I appreciated it

Beyond pathetic. I waited for ten minutes for food and it was wrong. I tried calling and nobody would pick up the phone. I ended up contacting corporate and they would only offer a credit. I wanted my money back so I requested to hear from the store. That was several weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything. So sad because they usually the best Burger King in the area. I have never experienced a store manager/area manager too scared to call a customer. I wish I could hide from customers at my job but unfortunately I have owners that actually care about their business. I don’t understand how people can be this way. It’s very sad!
