I loved coming to this location me and my family always come and never had an issue until today. me and my sister came in and witnessed multiple people give complaints about bathrooms being dirty an older lady even told us that she had to eat her ice cream with a fork at 12pm in the morning. the old lady who helped us with blonde highlights and lots of makeup was so rude to us but so nice to any man who went up to order. we where given the wrong order and when i went up to get what i payed for the manager and her had a nasty attitude and rolled their eyes at me and acted like it was my fault that my order was wrong charged us for sauces which we’ve never been charged for and while we where leaving they started talking very aggressive about us in spanish which i speak. just horrible customer care. will not be coming back again.

We had never had a bad experience here besides for today, me and my sister came in to get some food and right off the bat the cashier with blonde highlights, more on the older side, with heavy makeup applied was so rude and disrespectful. She gave us the wrong order, once we went up to get what we PAID for she had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes at us and wasn’t welcoming at all. We asked for water cups as well, she slammed them down and again was just very rude. Horrible experience, I won’t be coming back. Her coworkers also looked very ashamed.

My son and I enjoy Burger King. I will never return to this one. The manager either had a horrible day or just doesn’t enjoy other people. Her daughter works for her and she was more rude than her mother. The app payment didn’t go through and I told them I didn’t have a receipt and they continued asking for a receipt. I let them know that I didn’t have one and asked if I need to reorder. They continued to ask for a receipt. I let the manager know that the younger girl was very rude and she said “that’s my baby”. It all makes sense now. It’s not hard to be a decent person, but they struggled. There is no way I can step foot in this location again due to these 2 running the store.

The food was cold, well done burger, hard fries and the Buffalo chicken nuggets of whatever they are called were crispy to the point idk if there was even chicken in them. The fountain drink machine was out of all the side besides sprite and Fanta. Sadly to say the best thing was the clean restaurant part: but the restrooms were gross!

I'm on the road, don't eat meat or soy, They charged me for the BBQ sauce which is fine but then they did not make me fries without salt or filled up my container. 3.79 is as much as a burger. Why don't employees respect simple orders and follow the proper serving size. There was still stuff salt on my fries and they were not hot it the grease, which tells me they just got As much salt off of what was already made.
