I recently visited Capital Pizza on January 10, 2026 at around11:40, and while the food was delicious, my experience with the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I arrived to pick up my order, I kindly asked the staff member to simply place the order down so I could handle it myself. However, she insisted on taking the bag from my hands and repacking it for me, despite my repeated requests to let me do it myself. This made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service approach in the future.

Is this place gonna blow you away with how good it is? Probably not. Is it locally owned and a good product that is far superior to Pizza Hut, Dominoes, etc etc? You bet your sweet caboose it is.
As a pizza aficionado, it was fine. Was I impressed? Not really but that doesn’t matter because it was tasty pizza for a decent price. Was there A LOT OF CHEESE. Yes, but maybe you like a lot of cheese? Was their sauce great, I thought so. Did they have green chiles as a topping? YES! Bonus points for the 505 represent.
Bottom line is it’s nothing special, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s an excellent “I don’t feel like leaving the house or cooking, rainy day, hungover day, etc etc” type of pizza and I would order it again.

Pizza is ok, big slices but a bit greasy nothing special and it's not that cheap either. They need to make their menu and prices clearer also it's unclear which exactly kind of drinks are included in the lunch deal. I grabbed a can drink because the big poster says it's included, well then the guy behind counter said that doesn't include energy drinks lol after I already opened it and then charged me 2 more dollars... It felt petty and very poor customer service to me.

I can't speak for the food, it actually looks very good with quality ingredients. However, I won't give business to any restaurants who blatantly lie about wait times to get you to wait for their food and that's exactly what I've experienced and witnessed first hand at this restaurant. They have no respect for customers time or the delivery driver's and will flat out lie to get you to order from them and/or wait around. Honesty, is the only policy in my book. Update: By all means, contact whomever you'd like. Doordash has record of my arrival time and time I unassigned myself from the delivery due to excessive wait time and being lied to by your employee regarding such. If what you wrote is what your employee told you, then they are lying to you too. However, I'm inclined to believe it was you that was working the register last night which is why you are carrying on this facade as opposed to simply offering to do better. I've read your reviews and I'm not the only one with the same experience. Crying to Doordash because someone left a review you don't like isn't going to fix your problem. You want to fix it, simply be honest about wait times and people will respect you for it. People are willing to wait for an excellent product, but being dishonest and therefore disrespectful of other people's time will sour anyone's taste.

Small, local, and delicious. I've popped in here for their lunch slices with salad and even run out with a large pie, and a meatball sub. Definitely good, honest cheap food. It will fill you up, it tastes great and is around the corner from a 7-11 and next to a vape shop. What more could you ask for?

This is the best little pizza joint you can find! A small quaint little place that always serves fresh and out of this world pizza. We always get the chicken Alfredo pizza with spinach. So delicious great flavor always ready quickly! I highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed! If your looking for something other than pizza they have sandwiches and other things you may prefer!
Best local pizza in the area! Really enjoyed the vegetarian options too.
