Overall this place is just amazing. Employees had their own cool vibes and they looked happy to work there. I couldn't even find any complain about food at all. It was best subs ever! its top quality. So happy to find this place in town! I definately will visit again soon.

Three young people working and yet the following transpired:
- They made the sandwiches out of order
- Forgot to add condiments
- When I requested condiments one employee squirted ranch horizontal across two sandwiches instead of vertical creating a puddle of ranch and a mess between the two sandwiches
- The employees were playfully slapping eachothers faces with gloves on then handling food with said gloves
Then after all that I find not one but TWO eyelashes on my sandwich, I requested a refund and even took a photo. Probably the slowest most unprofessional staff I've ever had the unpleasant experience of dealing with. If you do eat here CHECK YOUR FOOD AND WATCH THEM CLOSELY.

The sandwiches here are absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Great food and even better service—highly recommend!

I placed a pick up order 40 mins before they closed. I went to pick it up 10 mins before closing. When I got there, I saw my food off to the side and said I had a pick up order. The workers all looked at each other, rolled their eyes and told me to order on the kiosk. I told them I had a pick up order again and they told me they were closed. I pointed to the bag and said I have a pick up order and they finally handed me my order. All of this wouldn’t be enough to leave a bad review, they were cleaning up to close, I can understand being frustrated if they thought I was ordering ten mins before they closed - but when I got home with my order I saw it was wrong and I didn’t receive any condiments. Worst Charley’s I’ve ever been to.

My boneless wings where burned, and my wife's cheese steak was not a Philly cheese steak that's for sure, it had a spoon full of nachos cheese and 1 big chunk of onion. Very disappointed,I spent $31 for a bunch of crap, we'll never eat there again and dont recommend anybody should, horrible

Chicken philly was good. A nice a size for a medium. Price was decent. Also ordered boneless wings and Cajun fries, recommended by a customer since I was visiting from our of state. The fries could've been more crispy,they were a tad soggy, but they did give me a lot, a whole box on the side. Overall, I would visit again for a quick bite

I came to this Charlie’s on my lunch break. I ordered the six piece boneless buffalo chicken wing with fries. Waited about 15 minutes for my food. I left to eat my food on my lunch break. I took a big bite into my food and I looked down I realized that half of the wing that I just ate was completely raw on the inside. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone. He was not very helpful on the phone

I went to this charley’s location on my way home from denver, usually we go to the thornton location but my boyfriend pulled up the wrong one. When we got there we tried to order on the kiosks but they weren’t working so we had to order at the register. It took an employee a couple minutes to even notice us at the registers. They also forgot our straws, and when my boyfriend went to go up and ask it took me yelling over the counter to get someone’s attention. Once we got them, we left. When we opened our order everything was wrong. My boyfriend got the wrong sandwich all together and my sandwich had everything on it, when i had asked for onions and tomato to be taken off. As we were driving we were eating, and when I opened my deluxe fries, there was a hair in it. We ended up throwing all the food away and wasting $30.

These Phillies are finger lickin’ good! The staff and service are absolutely wonderful. The fries are really good as well. The prices are very reasonable and great staff. I will definitely return here again next time.

They'd rather you weren't here.

The customer ahead of me got the wrong thing, and they basically told him tough luck.

They gave me my food and forgot the sauces I paid extra for. When I asked for them, they acted like I kicked their dog. Then they filled the sauces about halfway.
