We went through the drive thru on a morning where they were serving breakfast. The cashier who attended us outside was nice and we asked him for chicfila sauce. When we got to the window to pick up our food we noticed that they forgot the sauce. We asked and the lady at the drive thru gave us a very bad look asking “did you ask for it?” Yes we did ma’am. Weird energy. Not a fan of this.

I love chik fil a this store however is one of the worst run stores I have ever been too. I order online regularly and never is the order ready no matter the business level of the store. The staff seem to be too busy talking to each other to help you. I like the food enough I put up with the poor service until tonight when I went in and had to wait for an online order,while waiting I noticed theee people prepping food while chewing gum. That is unsanitary eww
