Third strike, This Chic-fil-A used to be our go to, over the past few months we have had multiple orders with missing items, we’re done here. I get once, or twice, but three is a pattern. The “customer service” option for them is refund or come back and get the missed item. We live 20-30 minute round trip and with three kids, just let me tell one kid they aren’t eating, but don’t worry I’ll get a refund. It’s about as simple as it gets to make sure what’s on the order goes in the bag, they just can’t grasp that.

I did drive through yesterday and I realized the tenders were undercooked after I already ate a couple. As a single mom with 2 kids under 3 years old I had the worst day all day with food poisoning. I never had that issue at any other Chick-fil-A and I come often because my daughter is a picky eater and loves the fries here.

We literally live across the street. In the past when our orders are wrong or missing things there was no question and they would give a fry or a sandwich for next time. Today was like the last 3 times “how can I fix it for you” aww just fix it!! “Come back to the restaurant and I’ll give you a cookie on the house” really?? My food is cold now and I can get a whole cookie? Oh wow!!?? Make me feel okay with my sandwich or salad missing the key ingredients. Really?? A cookie and cold food???
