Suggestion.... Have a server come to your Reserved Court, when you ARRIVE! THE FLAG SYSTEM is a JOKE! Won't go back...

This place is great. Its great because of the atmosphere. Love it. Have been here several times now so can do a fair review. First time was great atmosphere but the food was a miss and service was not good due to the issue with my credit on file. Told them wanted to Pay with gift card and they charged my card so had to get refunded and that was a whole issue but solved. Went another time and service got better and so was food. Atmosphere is still great. Recently just want and had a good everything so overall a great place!

Good service.

While I cannot comment on the food and beverages, I will say that the overall service at C&P is utterly abysmal.

We arrived around 4:20p today (8/10). Asked an outdoor staff member if we could sit at a certain table and he told us it was fine. After sitting for nearly 30 minutes, we still had not been approached by a server, even after my husband went inside and asked if we were to wait for a server, or should order inside. Whoever he spoke to apologized for our wait and said he’d send a server over. While continuing to wait for a server, a female server came outside and started roping off the area that we were sitting in. She then put up a sign that said “Reserved.” She walked away without saying a word to us.

Finally, another server came around (not to actually help us, but he was bussing a table) and we asked if he could take our order or get a server because we’d been waiting for 40 mins for someone to come over. He reluctantly said he could help us, and when we asked if they had food menus, he said yes and he’d go get them for us after taking our drink order. While he was talking to us, the same female server who’d roped us off earlier came out and spoke directly to the server (NOT US) and said, “we’re not serving in this area anymore.” Rather than directly addressing us, the other server then told us we had to move tables because they weren’t serving in that area due to an event that was taking place later.

We moved tables after trying to figure out where we could sit, and the server told us he’d send someone over. After sitting for ANOTHER 15 minutes waiting for someone to come over to us, we gave up and left. In addition, the table we sat at and the surrounding tables were all dirty and needed wiped down, so there weren’t any clean tables to sit at.

I don’t know how this place will stay in business, considering how god awful the overall service is. In addition to that, we’ve tried to make pickleball court reservations multiple times since they opened and there are literally NEVER any opening slots. We will not return or recommend this place to others, and I highly recommend that management get on top of the terrible service that’s become known here.

We just went recently and ordered the 1/4 white and dark meat chicken with mango habanero sauce 7 chili seasoning didn’t receive either just plain smoked chicken no serrano pepper and the avocado was very brown :(, also ordered the cilantro rice and it seemed to be a day old very hard rice super disappointing the food was also really cold we were hoping for the food to be better :(

If you've ever came across any of our reviews... You will know that we dont go easy on the businesses that we review. Chicken & Waffle made this review so easy. An absolutely amazing staff polite prompt attentive the menu is priced so fair it could bring a dysfunctional family back together... Not to mention the food it's self LOVED IT. Can not give the place enough stars to illustrate how my experience was. That staff was amazing. You gotta try them

We came for food. Ordered wings. Burger. Chicken wrap. Nothing special. Wings really really salty. Fried Chicken burger also too salty. Grill chicken wrap tasted normal, Only grilled chicken and Caesar salad .The Only thing is environment okay.

Our visit was disappointing. The chicken sandwich was alright, but the tater tots were clearly frozen and not served hot. The deviled eggs had an unusual taste that wasn't pleasant.

The service was the most frustrating part of our experience. Even though we were a large group of about 30 people and the restaurant was otherwise empty, only one server was assigned to our table. This led to incredibly slow and inefficient service, despite other staff members standing around with nothing to do.

Giving it a four out of five stars all around due to the environment and entertainment. The food though gets a three out of five for me.

I got the Pickle chicken sandwich with fries.

The pickle slaw was really good, the chicken was flavored well but a little dry. I was sad the bacon was mostly fat though and not super crispy so it wasn’t a great add on to my sandwich. The grilled chicken had a really nice char to it. It isn’t setting well in my stomach though haha!

The fries were cold and not very good, I expected them to taste more fresh than frozen and fried, but I was mostly disappointed they came out not even the slightest warm.
They were kind enough to bring me the tots, and I agree with the server, they are way better. The regular fries were not the move.

Sweet tea wasn’t quite southern enough but I liked it, didn’t taste sour which is a common issue elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful though and I was able to have my dog on the patio with me. The guy brought my dog water and a pup cup, it was very appreciated by my dog.

I def want to come back with a few friends to play corn hole or ping pong. I think they may have pickleball rentals too.

Great environment for kids and very accommodating to wheelchairs.

Great new place to head to. Thanks for opening this up near me. Food was great! Service was fantastic and we couldn't have been happier with our visit. We will be back. I'm sure this place will be hoping for sports game nights.
