Chicken N Pickle- Thornton

Chicken & Pickle offers a vibrant atmosphere with stunning views of I-25 and the Rockies, ample seating, and fun pickleball courts, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The staff were friendly, and the manager’s check-in showed genuine care. However, the food was a letdown—served lukewarm and stale, lacking in taste. While the ambiance and activities make it worth a visit, the food quality needs improvement to justify a return trip.

Stopped by to check it out on opening day and overall had a good time. I didn't play any games, just ordered some food and drinks.
The spicy marg was decent, but I preferred the bramblin man cocktail. We also ordered the pickled chicken sandwich and the chicken + 2 ribs platter with 7 chili seasoning. All of the food was good, and the platter came with a solid amount of meat.
The atmosphere was fun and the rooftop was a good vibe.

Hopefully this place improves soon. It’s a franchise and should have the bugs worked out by now, but they have a long way to go. The facility is great, lots of additional activities, and the food was good as well. The management needs a lot of work, especially at resolving issues. There is also no paddle rack system or oversight for open play, which led to a cluster. Servers seem green, but that will improve with experience. After being pulled into a confrontation that one couple caused, I was asked to move by Miguel. This issue was between everybody at the court and this one couple, and the de escalation effort was placed on everybody else and not the problem patrons.
