First time at larkridge location. Very busy at 4:30pm. Music was extremely loud. Ate the three for $10.99, my qb was dripping grease and too much ketchup/mustard. My companion's burger was good.

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with no one to greet us. Eventually an unenthusiastic host came up and asked if we wanted to sit in a booth which was in the bar area. We said yes but after being seated realized how noisy it actually was with the football game being on. Since we weren't there for the game, we should have asked about the empty tables on the other side of the restaurant but oh well.
Luckily our server was friendly and attentive. She made sure our drinks never went empty and took our orders promptly.
My biggest complaint was with the food. We ordered appetizers and a chicken sandwich to share. It all came out at the same time and arrived at our table luke warm, almost cold. Disappointed that the infamous fried mozzarella didn't give a cheese pull. A couple hours later my partner and I are both having stomach issues. Since the only thing we ate all day was Chili's, I'm suspicious of their food handling/safety and probably won't be going back.

Came here for dinner and my husband and I sat at the bar. Lindon was excellent! He was attentive to every seat and also took care of the high tops around the bar. Everyone got their meals quickly and the food was delicious. Gotta love a classic place with good American values.
This was a lunchtime so it was dining for functional rather than atmospheric purposes, but many evenings have been enjoyed at various Chili's locations in the past. Food, drinks and service all good.
