Again chipotle messed up my order. Told them to fix the issue with the third side in the kids menu to be chicken and then put guacamole. Asked to replace the side three times and kept pushing it. The staff didn't care. If I have to eat somewhere, I would rather go to Qdoba or even Taco Bell at this point. Even ordering online works better but can't get the same amount of sides or they mess up my order.

Retrain Your Employees

30min wait 2 people working all the other employees just standing around cleaning not helping the line they seriously need to start taking their one star reviews serious and retrain their staff if everyone is having a bad experience it’s clearly the managements fault for A. Not training their staff correctly how to deal with a long line and actually help their coworkers instead of cleaning or B. Fire your staff and get better workers and the time before this some Hispanic girls at the front were so rude

Worst chipotle operations I've ever witnessed in my life

The manager of the store and the regional manager above that person should both be fired immediately

This is the 10th time I've come into that location that they haven't had drink holders to carry drinks out. How is one person supposed to carry out four drinks

The location is completely understaffed. Two people working the line with a line of customers out the door.

Half the fountain drinks are out. Diet Coke mistakenly on the regular coke gum on the self serve station. Multiple food items with a 10 to 30 minute wait.

I ordered two burrito bowls for take out, but one was barbacoa served with way too much juice that leaked from the bag onto my passenger seat and, once I knew about it, I held it in my lap thinking the worst was over, but it kept leaking onto my pants and got in the console and drivers seat. What a mess

Food is good, but don’t order for mobile pickup. Line is always a mess, the mobile pickup area isn’t regularly used, and they just have you wait around near the cash register. Can take a few minutes to receive your order or catch the attention of someone doing 3 other things. Great if you order through the line, but go somewhere else for mobile orders.

Orders are constantly late, but the issue is there is never anyone around to address pickups. If it wasn’t for me asking the cashier to go back and check, I would stand there all day.

20 minutes past order pickup time that was placed 50 minutes ago. Fix the ordering system. Have to connect to a live agent to cancel the order, which is currently taking over 5 minutes

Placed a mobile order and will never do doing that again. Stood at the mobile order pick up line for 5 mins without an acknowledgment. Three different times someone came out of the kitchen and no one said a word. The hen my order was not even that well prepared. Hardly any protein. Hardly any cheese in the bowls. The food was super bland as well.
