Be prepared to have your order wrong if using delivery. They NEVER get it right. They will if you come in because you are face to face. Order delivery and its trash.. I ordered a double chicken double wrapped burrito, what I got looked as pathetic as something from Taco Bell. Single wrap, barely any chicken inside, and NONE of the other contents I ordered such as cheese, sour cream, pico for example. The sauce cup in the side was nearly empty, enough for one lick. I reported it to Chipotle, didn't get my lunch today. Ordered doordash from McDonald's. Big disappointment.

Every time I eat here I get sick and green poop idk if it's something serious or not but lasts few days might be serious enough for infection control check out. Anyone else have issues?

Horrible service. Order online for pick up at 10:50 AM. Show up at the restaurant to find the doors locked during business hours. What a joke to order from them! You trying calling and no one answers. All you get is a recording!!

TM mess up my order and gets upset when I asked him to fixed it. This is one of the dirtiest chipotles I have ever seen. Their's flies and the tables are dirty.

This Chipotle has gone down hill. I ordered chips and recieved crumbs and salt . Food was Cold, place is gross and the employees are rude. If you don't like your Job then don't work there , it's as simple as that .
Love coming here! Always a good experience but I wish they had a better system for online order pick up. It’s not very organized, and the wait is always a decent amount of time

The young man that did the first part of the burrito building was very kind and helpful. The second girl was beyond rude. Like she absolutely hated being there (which I can understand, but that doesn’t mean you have to be mean to others). The food did make me incredibly sick and I was in the restroom all night unfortunately. I had a veggie bowl, so I’m guessing it was a cross contamination issue. It was a shame because I am broke and I had a chipotle craving for weeks, I was finally able to afford it, then I got so sick, I couldn’t eat my leftovers.

Online ordering is bad at the Thornton 120th location. You have to find someone to go get your order and it almost always has errors that you won't discover until you're eating (for our last order both bowls were incorrect).
