The food is fresh and delicious. They really pile on the ingredients and order is always correct. However every time I’ve ordered online for pickup I can’t process payment on my computer, it keeps giving an error. So I had to re-enter the whole order on the phone app.
When arriving to pick up I can clearly see my food ready behind the pickup counter but it took 10+ minutes of waiting before someone came to just hand me the bag, despite multiple employees walking past...

I came in Monday March 2nd and there were three people working. There was an older female, younger female, and one gentleman they were SO FAST and friendly. I’m kind of specific how I like things and they listened to all my annoying instructions. I see all the negative reviews but if you want great service I would recommend going more toward the night. :)

Just like any other chipotle, make sure to speak up when you say just a little cause they get mad if you say that's to much. But everything else pretty solid fast and friendly.
