Online ordering is bad at the Thornton 120th location. You have to find someone to go get your order and it almost always has errors that you won't discover until you're eating (for our last order both bowls were incorrect).

Dietary restrictions: Due to the mistakes in online orders I would not order online at this location if you have dietary restrictions

Great service and decent food, but every time I come to this location, the machine they used to cook quesadillas is down. A few years ago, they changed the way quesadillas are made from the press to an oven and now I basically can't get one. I have resorted to a kids quesadilla meal a few times because they will still make that one with the press.

This is by far the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and it’s not even close. Every time I come here, it feels like they’ve mastered the art of what Chipotle should be. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell they take pride in what they do—everything is fast, fresh, and done with care.
