Jay helped me out, almost 930 at night still busy. Absolutely made my night, was able to help with special requests including some on sizes, and absolutely set it up with toppings. They were also quite busy, he was still calm polite and focused, in a rush that can be very difficult. I always love the ice cream of course but the people can make the experience much better or worse. Will definitely be coming back, thanks! Jay deserves some recognition, promo or employee of the month...

We love going to this Cold Stone! The ice cream is of course delicious and the variety of flavors to choose from, along with the endless supply of mix-ins. They always offer large servings of ice cream with all the goodies inside. We’ve never had an issue with this location and customer service is almost always a 10 out of 10. The restroom is private and clean. I love the option to sit in or outside to enjoy the goodies before they melt. My only complaint would be the long lines...

A big thank you to Heather for another delicious ice cream shaped liked a cake. I made Heather aware that my daughter is gluten free she suggested ice cream that she would shape into a cake. This was my second one that she made for my family. Thank you again Heather both of them were so delicious!
