This location is a joke. Placed an online order for pickup hours in advance. It was not ready upon arrival. I stood in the empty store for 5 mins before a staff member greeted me. Then, he assumes I'm with Door Dash. Proceeded to wait another 15 mins until the order was ready. Would gi e 0 stars if it was am option.

I shared the below feedback with Crumbl, but received no response from them. So I decided to post this review on google.
This is the first and only disappointing experience I've had at Crumbl. I was informed that the cookie I ordered 2 hours prior to pick up, was all out when I got to the store to pick it up. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes at the store for them to bake a new batch of those cookies. After bringing the cookie home, it was not moist except for the frosting on top. This was the "cookies and cream tres leches" cookie, that was supposed to be moistened all over, including the bottom. But it seemed to be a dry chocolate cake with frosting on top. The whole experience was disappointing to say the least.
I'm sad to say that I will think twice before ordering cookies at Crumbl again.

Service was good and fast. The cookies themselves were definitely not worth the money. The two I got were in crumbs when I broke them in half to share and the taste was not good at all.

If you want to waste time and get irritated, must have app! 3 times we try online or app and the cookies just sit after they were boxed. They will take care of everyone who comes in after you and ignore you because they don't want to help and assume you will use the pad if they ignore you long enough. Even after everyone who ordered after me got their cookies they proceed to make more while online orders just stay. Only do in person ordering!
