This Culver's location is usually well staffed with courteous and helpful staff, food is really good, one of a few locations that offers jalapenos as a topping for the delicious burgers. I usually can bring my large family and have a place to sit everyone. I like to visit location as much as I can just because I know it's not always busy and when they are they are very good at being timely with food orders and delivering to your table. The girl at the drive thru she was so amazing she went above and beyond to help me. Because for some reason. Hada cord but no plug. My phone died right as I got to the window to pay. She helped me by taking my phone and charging it I. Their office for about 6 to7 min. So needless to say I got my food because, she went out of her way to help me and she didn't have to do that so thank you .

Just not a fan of the cold cheese on my cheese burger
This place suffers from consistency. Sometimes it's great, sometimes is good, and sometimes it's just eh. It was one of my favorite places to grab a good quality burger but the last half dozen times we've had it there have been issues with the food ranging from tepid burger patties, cold unmelted cheese, dry buns, brown edged lettuce, mushy tomatoes.
