After 4-star experiences at other Culver's, this location could not deliver the goods. Rude, unhelpful service, bested by an incorrect order that then took for-ev-er, which turned out again to be incorrect & incomplete (think: cod fish sandwich with only a bottom bun). Store 349 in Thornton, Colorado left me thinking I can just cross this chain off my list.

I understand making door dashers go inside to pickup instead of the drive through. But I'm lazy and I ordered it as a pickup for myself, so I don't want to have to park and walk inside.

I'm always happy with Culver's. I've never had any bad experiences or food or anything like that. The last time we were there, last night, one person behind the counter was particularly helpful. She was adorable unfortunately I did not get her name. Bad on me! I had kind of a difficult order and she was patient and helped me figure it out. I was there with a friend, the friend was having a bad day. When we were leaving this team member actually reached out and told my friend that she hoped her day got better. This person probably waited on 50 people between the time when we came in and we left and she made it a point to send joy to my friend. Good for her. Again my bad I should have had a name.

Always very polite. Food is good and crafted to order. Shakes are very thick and delicious. Only issue is that they don’t really put extra ketchup when I ask for it but that’s a fixable issue. Otherwise good food conveniently located off the diagonal.
