Had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious 😋
Experience at drive thru was terrible. The man taking orders was great, however the woman at the window didn’t ask and just put the number placard on my door handle. Never once have I ever had anybody just place it on my vehicle where it can scratch my paint. Every time they hand it to me, ask me to pull forward and instruct me to roll my window up a bit and place it on the window. Then the woman bringing out orders with those pimple stars all over her face didn’t say a word, handed my husband our order, and rudely snatched the placard off the window and walked away. I’ve always had great customer service from here, but after this last visit, I doubt I’ll return.
Great food and good service.
I ordered a double Butter burger with cheese, Mustard ketchup lettuce tomato and pickles. I made it a meal. Then I ordered one butter burger single sandwich only and then I ordered one butter burger meal with onion rings with mayo lettuce tomato pickles and mustard and ketchup. As we went through the drive-through to pay the lady apologized and said they misunderstood And didn’t make the butter burger single a meal. So she re-calculated and I paid for the order that I requested. I pull up to wait for my order and they brought me the double meal and a single sandwich by itself. I checked my order and realized that they didn’t put the toppings on my husband’s double butter burger. Meanwhile we’re still waiting for the other meal deal. (Due to the fact that it was ordered after the others). Which made sense and was fine. So when the young lady came out to ask what was supposed to be on the double burger I showed her the receipt she went in to have it made. Then ran back out because she wanted to verify what we wanted on the double butter burger I told her five toppings ketchup mustard lettuce tomato and pickle. I patiently waited. Now this meal the double burger was for my husband who is waiting at home. He ate his hamburger they had put so much ketchup mustard and mayo, That the bun was soggy. Then he got sick to his stomach, Immediately having to go to the restroom. I feel like whoever was making these burgers got irritated, When this wasn’t even our fault. As sloppy as the burger was made Wouldn’t be surprised if the The person making the burgers pull the Slim Shady move. That’s pretty sad because we’ve always had a great experience there at Culver’s and the thing is we can call on the phone and talk about it but nobody cares. We hardly go out to eat fast food because it’s just not as quality as it used to be. But we had been to Culvers in the past and had a great experience. Sad to say, But this experience left us with a bad feeling and sick stomach.
I just stopped in for a treat!
Great 👍 Service by Mailena!!!
Great place Great food
Ordered 4 tenders waited 15 minutes. 4 whole cars who ordered after me got food first. Don’t go if looking for FAST food
I stopped by for the drive through for a chicken sandwich and ice cream. I waited 20 minutes (longer than all the other 6/7 patrons) to receive a chicken sandwich that was so overcooked it was inedible plus they got my ice cream order wrong

While on the pricier side, anything I've ever ordered there was legit delish! Perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Blurring the lines of "fast food" in the best way, it's made-to-order; meaning you may have to wait 2-5 minutes, depending on order type/size. If drive-through, by pulling into one of their numbered spaces. Two words: cheese curds! Mmm, cheese curds! <insert Homer drooling sound>
Vegetarian options: While there are technically vegetarian options, it certainly wouldn't be the top recommendation. If you're with a group of carnivores (as myself), you could surely find a scrumptious choice. Now.. for a vegan.. this was not meant for you. I mean, a side-salads, maybe? Aren't they, like, Home of The ButterBurger..
Dietary restrictions: Basic gluten-free options available (buns, etc.). They will, of course, accommodate any food allergies if properly announced upfront; or worst-case, may offer a realistic assessment of their ability level and it's up to your comfort level from there. It won't be due to a lack of willingness on their part, though. Keep in mind, majority of workers are gonna be teens... just sayin'.
Parking: Typically plenty of dine-in parking available at front of location. At peak times (day/season), ya may have to squeeze into an appropriate spot (car size matters) and drive-through line can get a bit dicey with limited/numbered waiting spaces (4 to..6?). Should be all-good assuming your fellow.. line-mates are cooperative/thoughtful. On rare occasion, one may even need to parallel park to properly queue up into their drive-through waiting space... dun dun DUN!
Kid-friendliness: It's not kid-unfriendly.. if that double negative suits you. Don't expect any slides, clowns, or play areas. However, a very clean and spacious atmosphere should allow for wiggle room. No guarantee - but may have your basic crayon/maze combo.

Too much standing around!!! Most employees were standing around behind the counters and did not greet me as I came in nor did they say goodbye when I left. Just not the same Culver’s that I had visited pre-pandemic. It seemed the kids that work there are not happy to be there - go figure with their minimum wage at $15/hour!!!! And the survey website is always “temporarily down” every time I go there to do my survey of the restaurant! BAD all around!!!
Update: Went today December 6th, 2024- still pretty bad. Lots of workers at the cash registers but their service is horrible. I sat around for 10-15 minutes waiting on my concrete mixer. No one called my number to get it to go. The short Hispanic girl at the register put in the wrong queue which included food with my order so my mixer was sitting around near the custard station. The girl who took my order didn’t even apologize for her stupid mistake. To franchise owners of this locale- you need to train your workers to have not good but great customer service because taking an order is just the first step!!!! You need to follow thru with the order!
