$17 for my meal. I expected Chick-Fil-A levels of service and quality due to the high price. What I got was a 25 minute wait at curbside, cold food (not even slightly warm - cold), and a liquified shake. Clearly it had been ready for 10-15 mins waiting to be delivered to my car. I watched several customers park, go inside and come out with their food before I got mine. Bacon on my burger was undercooked and floppy. The bun was soggy. The cheesecake bites in my shake tasted more like blocks of cream cheese. The meat on the burger was the best part… but it was stone cold. For $8 or less at McDonald’s (with app) I get a full meal hot and in under 5 mins almost every single time. The food here isn’t worth even half of what I paid. I can’t recall being this disappointed in a long time.

I love Culver's butter burgers!! I like that the flavor is consistent throughout their locations and so is the good customer service they provide!I've been a customer for 10+ years and they're still one of my favorite burger joints. I just wish they had a location up north in Colorado, so I didn't have to drive almost 30mins to the nearest location.

Second time visiting Thornton Culver's. Ordered fish and fries again and it didn't disappoint. I visited other Culver's and the fish was saturated with oil. I know it's the training so good job Thornton! I consider the value of this locations food a great deal for the quality and satisfaction

It s alright burger is paper thin. Taste allot of bread.
Good food, and they have a very tasty gluten-free bun option that's not a crumbly biscuit, like most. When we need a quick meal, Culver's is our go-to.Dietary restrictions: Really good gluten-free bun, and they are careful about avoiding cross-contamination.

Got the pre packaged custard and very disappointed. It’s supposed to have caramel and pecans, but is straight up vanilla custard with a hint of caramel and pecan crumbs. ?? I have dug into the custard and it has just been vanilla.
