I ordered 2 banana splits last night and didnt even get the banana in either of them! Had to wait in drive thru line for 20 mins to pick up an online order. The last 3 times ive been there, it has been crappy.

The teenage boy who served me, with a really bad attitude, I ordered 3 blizzard and he gave them to me melted it looked like water when he gave me my blizzard, terrible service

mobile ordered then picked up. hadn’t even started our order. as we waited for over fifteen minutes, we realized how disgusting the kitchen was. there was food scraps and trash all over. we decided to just leave, no refund, because we were so grossed out.

I usually order my Blizzards with extra toppings, but they almost never get it right. Today, I ordered a S’mores Blizzard with extra Graham Pieces and Marshmallow-Filled Chocolates, and once again, I was disappointed. There were only TWO chocolates in the entire Blizzard, and the extra Graham Pieces were barely noticeable. If I’m paying extra, I expect to actually get what I ordered. Very frustrating.

We've been coming to this location for a while however the last two times we have come the ice cream cones have had very soft, chocolate ice cream. It is as though it's not been in the soft serve machine long enough to freeze.

Last time my family was here they didn’t put this blizzard upside down. This time they didn’t have the stuff for the pumpkin pie blizzard . So if you don’t have it take the sign down.
