Loved the ice cream, always a yummy treat but very dissatisfied with cleanliness. The employees look disheveled, most of them had their hair down with no hair nets and no gloves with false nails. They also placed our spoons on the counter where people make money transactions.

I would just like to ask if it's possible to get a diary free soft serve or even some that can be scooped and used for blizzards and parfaits. Many are lactose intolerant and once they know it is offered they will come. Cold stone has teamed with silk and has chocolate. It's time for diary queen to have more than the diary free dilly bars.

Horrible experience. Placed mobile order, went in store to pickup had to wait for order just to be told that my order had been picked up by someone else so I had to wait longer for it to be remade, when I asked if ALL 6 blizzards were in the bag I was told YES, went to the car to check my order, come to find out a blizzard was missing, went back into the store to get the missing blizzard, waited another 5 minutes or so. All of this was literally 45 minutes after placing my order. Now we have soup instead of ice cream. Management really needs to reevaluate. Never returning to this location!

Just got two small blizzards and when we got home five minutes later they were runny. Never had this issue before.
