Every time I place an order with these guys they call me up trying to find my apartment. I give them detailed instructions on how to find it, and still they call me up asking. It makes me wish I didn't tip them; had I known I was going to get half assed service I wouldn't have given a tip.

I actually never leave reviews, but had to do it. Called twice and was on hold 30 min each time with no answer. No wonder they have a lot of 1 star reviews. Please get better management. I actually think dominoes pizza is pretty good. Horrible service. Disappointing.

We should not keep ordering from this location because they ALWAYS get our orders wrong. Without fail. My friend likes "light cheese" and they are simply incapable of providing "light cheese", and usually provide excessive cheese when we order "light cheese". HOW IS THIS SO HARD? This location is so conveniently located for us, so it is quite the shame they can't make anything we can eat. Wasted far to much cash here, and will never return.

Put some cheese and toppings on the box and it would be about as easy to eat. There was almost no sauce making the pizza very dry. I couldn't return that night and the next day I was busy, so, when I finally went back to show the lack of quality, "there is nothing I can do", which is a lie. You CHOOSE to do nothing.
It wasn't even cut as the employee was just laying the cutter on the pizza making lines in the cheese, which isn't really a huge deal, but why even bother if you're not going to do it correctly?

Ordered online the day before. Went to store, person behind counter hand no clue what was going on. Waited 40 minutes in store. My pizzas said ready online, which I brought up to the register person. Someone else found my pizzas on a rack they forgot about. In short I waited 50 minutes over order time to receive my cold pizzas. Would avoid this location if possible.

I ordered my pizza and tots with bacon, took about an hour wait, but it was a Friday night, and they were real busy. The staff handled it like a unit. The manager handled the bothered customers who were waiting longer for their order, and those whose orders were not delivered. They are very professional and kept their cool. I hope they can figure out a good game plan for next time.
We were ordered 2 pizzas and when we got thwir they gave us 1 and said to come back 1 hour later. For the other pizza so when we came back they said that you havent made an order and we left with one pizza and also the amount of times where i saw hair in my food or peporoni wjich i cant have is crazy.

Ordered thru app. Apparently I used the wrong coupon to get one medium pizza upgrade to large (commercial buy 2 medium 2 topping get one upgraded). Thought Domino's was a customer based company. I was frustrated because they wanted me to cancel my order and use the correct coupon. I will admit I was livid. The store new what happened but they would not help me. Instead, because I was frustrated I was told I had a bad attitude and to take my pizza and leave... I also got Flip off by one of the employees. Wow... very sad customer service. Blackjack pizza is my go to. They respond well to customer mistakes and make it right.

Been going to this location for a long time and food quality is going downhill. They seem to go to fast and get the order wrong. Also called last time to get an update and was told 20 min. An hour and a half later it was still 20 min.
