I'm a Dutch fan for sure , I go to this one all the time. Micky is amazing 🤩 She is so warm and welcoming. You can tell she loves what she does she puts in the effort to know my name and is sincere about it. Thanks for always showing up Micky.... The little things in life you didn't know you needed with a simple hello from a barista girl named Mick....

Been in line for 45 minutes, also blocked in so we can’t even leave. This is horrible never coming back like by the time we get to the front I’m pissed and it’ll be over an hour in line.

A medium golden eagle with an extra shot and it looked like a vanilla shake. Are you kidding and the. You ask staff to make it again aNd they get mad!!! 😡 come on dutch!
I love the golden eagle is is too much to ask to make it right??????? Also this location lines are insane they take forever to get you a coffee… what kind of people are you hiring here :( im fed up with this location.

Don’t ever order on the mobile app they can’t even have the order when you get here fourth time this happened to us. It’s been 15 minutes past the desired pick up time and the line isn’t even long. They don’t even have our order ready and people are still waiting for their drinks as well. Got drinks and they’re melted and look like they’ve been sitting there a while. Why was I waiting so long??

This is supposed to be a golden eagle with an extra shot of espresso. So 3 shots total since it comes with 2 shots already. Tell me why this looks and tastes like pure milk! Every time I come to this location they do this to me and I'm sick of it! Usually I'm there to tell them in person. When I do they always seem so inconvenienced for me asking what I paid for! Last time I heard them saying their espresso machine isn't making shots like its supposed to. Fix your machine, hire new respectful people, and give people what they pay for!

As someone that has worked in Customer Service and Sales my whole life. I don’t miss an opportunity to recognize and give a shout out to employees that go The Extra Mile. I am SO Impressed by these two individuals that work at this Dutch Bros. Eliza and Corbin! Hope I spelled your names right, are Absolutely Fantastic at what they do. I stop by this location just about every morning and look forward to it. I pass by multiple Dutch Bros locations because of how Awesome the service is here. Both are so friendly and have a positive attitude. Keep in mind this is fairly early in the morning. I can’t say enough about them. Both deserve a RAISE and to be recognized for what they do. You guys are the Best.

Placed my pickup order this morning at 7am. It was supposed to be ready at 7:14am. I get there at 7:18am. The girl at the window has a horrible attitude and was rolling her eyes at another customer and then let me know my order hasn’t even been started yet. Then she tries to give me someone else’s order. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with her attitude early in the morning and she’s bad for business. I get being busy and getting behind - but don’t be a jerk to your paying customers about it. Finally got out of there with my drink at 7:26am and now I’m going to be late for work. Thanks Dutch bros!

This is my favorite store that I go to have gotten to know many of the employees on a first name basis.Great people, great atmosphere.I've only had a few minor issues with this store.Mostly my only complaint is the music is just too loud.You can't place an order without having the music drowning you out. Otherwise, this is a great store.The people are great as well

Poor customer service. The kids working the drive through don’t follow any type of system. They just take the orders of the car they want to. I watched multiple cars get ordered who were after me. I drove away.
