Used to be my favorite shop but the new staff spends more time on deciding who does what rather than making a drink correctly. Wait times are longer. My drink is always missing some topping or ingredient. And this is the 3rd sticker drop day they don’t hand out a sticker to me but always have some when I go back to the window and ask for them. I didn’t today but it’s just very disappointing.

The woman working outside yesterday was a gem. Left a great first impression, and went above and beyond without knowing it was my first time until I tried to order. She would know why, but thank you to her. I ordered a coconut mocha.

Worst location, always has like 15 employees working and they never take orders before the window or bring our mobile orders, it's the worst and has a 110% of taking 30+ minutes.

How can it possibly take 30 mintures to fufil the orders of only 5 cars in front of me!? This is insanity. I swore I would never come back here and then tried it one more time and it’s the same experience every time. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired. I live two minutes away and I will never come back as long as I live.

this is the longest i’ve every waited in my life for coffee. it took 30+ minutes to get through the drive through, and when we got to the window, they hadn’t even started making our drinks yet. and it took at least 5 minutes after that. absolutely no sense of urgency, and not at all apologetic.

Used to like this location but was met with extreme rudeness from staff member. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to have two cars who had only been there for five minutes helped before me. Instead of being met with customer service she responded with, “k are you still getting a drink.” Pretty rude and inconsiderate. Should reconsider hiring this staff member with an attitude.

We had heard of Dutch Brothers but hadn't experienced it. Service was quick, despite a huge line. Broistas were friendly, mostly. My husband ordered drip coffee but it turned out to be an Americano (espresso and water) which isn't the same. I liked my chai latte and my boys loved their smoothies. We would stop again if given the chance, we don't have them near us though.
