It does not take 45 minutes to make 1 cup of coffee. Starbucks next door probably had 10 cars in line that moved them in and out in less than 5 minutes. This location needs more staff to keep the line moving.

Waited an hour for two coffees. Pulled up to the window to see two employees trying to do all of the orders (there were probably 15-20 cars in the line). Both orders were also wrong when we got them. This location needs to hire more staff!!

I stopped at this Dutch Bros expecting the usual quick, friendly service, but instead left frustrated by one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at any coffee shop. I did everything right as a decent human being—pulled into the lane with other cars waiting, didn’t cut anyone off, and just waited my turn. Then along comes Sierra, who decides to serve a car that just rolled up in the other lane, completely ignoring the fact that we’d been waiting for several minutes. When we asked her why, she snapped at us about some imaginary “policy” that I know doesn’t exist—because I’ve asked before and been told the exact opposite. She refused to tell me her name, was rude and condescending, and acted like she was doing me a favor by even taking my order.
And it gets better: she then tried to guilt me into tipping after treating me like that. When I refused, she made a snarky comment about tips being for the whole team. Eventually, I got to talk to a shift lead who told me the cashier’s and admitted Sierra was completely out of line and that none of this should have happened. But the damage was done. I won’t be going back to this location, and hopefully Sierra gets a reality check on how to treat customers.

I work for dutch and ordered my drink IN ORDER of how the ipad looks and it was not busy whatsoever but they still made my drink wrong . This is only my 2 time at this location and both times they got it wrong. most simple chai too ☹️☹️☹️

I visit Dutch Bros Coffee four to six times a week and have tried several locations, but this one is by far my favorite! The employees genuinely make all the difference; they consistently work hard and greet everyone with a smile. Nessa and her team are doing an amazing job! No matter how my day is going, I always leave with a smile on my face.
They are so slow I had ample time to write this review.

Used to be my favorite shop but the new staff spends more time on deciding who does what rather than making a drink correctly. Wait times are longer. My drink is always missing some topping or ingredient. And this is the 3rd sticker drop day they don’t hand out a sticker to me but always have some when I go back to the window and ask for them. I didn’t today but it’s just very disappointing.

The woman working outside yesterday was a gem. Left a great first impression, and went above and beyond without knowing it was my first time until I tried to order. She would know why, but thank you to her. I ordered a coconut mocha.

Worst location, always has like 15 employees working and they never take orders before the window or bring our mobile orders, it's the worst and has a 110% of taking 30+ minutes.
