Been coming to this location since it opened and have never been as disappointed as I have been the last couple of weeks. I come by at least 5 times a week in the mornings before work and I almost always order the pumpkin brulee CHAI with oat milk. The last two times I have gone I am not sure what they are giving me but it's not what I have ordered. I am kinda tired of wasting money here.

Usually loving these kids. 136th Colorado blvd. But yesterday there was one guy not very friendly. Rushed and rude. He has been there awhile. Did same thing to my daughter. 2nd time he has been this way with me alone. Next time going to find out his name.this can bring down other workers as well and customers might want to go elsewhere. Maybe trying too hard to be in charge or just a bad day for him again. šŸ˜‘šŸ¤”

I come here for the same drink all the time Dutch 20 with passionfruit orange mango, a splash of coconut and real strawberry. they always forget one of those things and at this point it feels like it’s purposely done like I know it’s a detailed order but come on.

I agreed with the rest of one star reviews in here, staff was rude, not professional at all, goofing around, talking down to customers!

Owners, please don’t just reply and say you will address this problem and say the same thing to every one star reviews, you got more than 3 one star by last week! How bad it is could be? change or trained well your staff! You will lose a lot of business from your customers.

I came here quite often but suddenly this new employee work in this location and make everything worse, I think all of the reviews was addressing to the same guy. He is the rudest. Why would you still employ that kind of person? No manners at all, not even a single smile.

At first I was thinking not to give this location 1 star, I thought I gave them another try, but he still work there and deliver the same attitude!

My coffee used to be perfect now it taste burnt, less coffee all I could taste is only the half and half milk and syrup.

Don’t think customer needs free drinks! I don’t need free drinks! I could afford to buy everyday coffee just do better!

My drink literally tastes burnt. Also it took me 20 minutes to get one drink with 5 cars here in total. No other Dutch bros is this bad…

Also they cannot manage the two lines properly. They take other peoples orders- it’s random. Sometimes they don’t come out to take your order at all.

I usually love Dutch Bros for the energy and positivity, but my experience at this location was the opposite. The manager, Aiden at this location was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, they spoke down to both customers and staff in a way that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Dutch Bros is known for great customer service, but this manager’s attitude completely missed the mark. I hope leadership addresses this, because one person shouldn’t ruin the experience for everyone else.

This is one of the worst Dutch bros locations. They don’t do their orders in order if that makes sense. They will do the other persons order who arrived after you. If you order an online pick up order they won’t have it ready. You’ll still wait in line.

They’re rude, and also I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for one coffee.

I go to this Dutch Bros quite frequently, they are always super quick and is always a good atmosphere. I went to this Dutch Bros having a bad day honestly, and when I pulled up to the drive thru, I was the first at the window and greeted by this girl. She was just so full of sunshine and smiles, Kimberly was super friendly and kind and really took time to connect with me. She went out of her way to cheer up my day! I continue loving this place!

Today I went to my neighborhood Dutch as always had such a bad experience with Aiden who is the manager I was waiting in line for five minutes in back of a truck with the man. He was speaking to gave us eye contact a few times and then a car pulls up with two girls. I think they knew these girls he totally skipped us to take their orders as he proceed to come and take my order asked him if it matter who got there first, and he said no, and that he didn’t see us, which I know he seen us the young ladies had just pulled up then he proceeds to have an attitude with the smirk and chuckle’s and proceeded to be rude when I pull up to get my drink I asked a young man if I can speak to the manager, then Aiden walks in and chuckles with smirk I am the manager I said well there has to be someone above you or other than you. He said not today there’s this guy he’s under me, chuckled and laughed so the guy under him, I asked for Aidenā€˜s name he gave it to me. They proceed to tell me there is no one else I can speak to. I literally love Dutch. I love going to Dutch because every time I’ve been to a Dutch. Everyone has such a good attitude not this time so unsure about going back especially if this is the way a manager treats customers….

This is my main Dutch Bros but sadly it’s not going to be any longer. The staff is either understaffed or talking and messing around. It sometimes takes 20 minutes for a drink when sadly there aren’t that many cars or people in line. (The last time 3 cars in line took 22 minutes) Ordering ahead doesn’t work either as my drink is still usually not ready and I’m waiting another 15 minutes. I love Dutch and some of the staff is super kind and friendly but I need my time more. The drinks aren’t as good as they used to be either. The quality has gone down a lot in the last few months.

I'm really disappointed and frustrated with how Dutch bros seems to operate. Husband orders drinks off the app quite often, however every single time its never ready and they seem to start making the drinks when you say you are here for pickup. Very frustrating as ordering ahead is a way to avoid lines and wait times. Today I go to pick up our drinks, 15 minutes after ordering on the app, I watch as they start making our drinks and then see that they add a splash of expresso, not an entire shot like we paid for on our order. Unfortunate that this is our experience.

I am sooooo tired of going to Dutch bros here and at hwy 7 specifically. Although, everyone of them. How are you all soooo slowwwww. You make drinks. Canes and In and Out are faster than you all and they do twice the work. I get it. You're making money but seriously.
