Come to this location multiple times a week. The last few times I noticed we weren’t being asked to sign. I looked at my charges and there were tips added! We always happily leave a gratuity but for them to be singing and inputting their own is unacceptable, and quite frankly theft. Today my partner went and the staff was all standing around goofing off and ignoring taking orders. We get our order and didn’t realize until we got home that they are completely full of grinds. So, so disappointed. Plus these coffees are NOT cheap. They need to get an adult manger running this asap!

Forget anything you know about coffee joints. Dutch is the place to go,no matter what you’re into they have something for you! I don’t normally ask for a suggestion, but I did 4 years ago and I only order an orange almond rebel. No regerts people! Yes I internally spelled the word wrong….
Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old always rides behind me, when they pass his drink, I always pull up and no matter which Dutch I go to, they always pass it to him. Friendliest staff at all locations.

When I pulled up to the window, the girl just stared at me. She didn’t say hi or respond when I said hi. She then told her coworker that everyone’s first car was the car I had because we were broke. (Mind you I drive an expensive sports car). She then continued to talk abt how an Audi was better. She doesn’t hand me my drink but another girl does. Once she hands it, she walk all the way to the back. When I needed something, the blonde girl didn’t speak to me even though she was infront of the window. The girl that handed me my drink had to come all the way back because the first girl was too busy talking to her coworker about how bad and cheap bmws are.

Service is meh, was automatically charged for service tip without asking. The other Dutch bros chain I've gone to provided better service and has always asked me to tip rather than employees auto charging you tips.

I LOVE DUTCH BROS! The staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly! I don’t know where the company gets their employees (is there a lab they’re grown in?) but I highly suggest other businesses look to Dutch Bros for service training.
