Been here many times in past ad service had been excellent but tonight was horrible…. Took my family of six to eat this evening and waitress, Claudia I believe her name was, brought only one small basket of chips for six, took our order and not ONce during our meal did she attempt to offer to refill our drinks and to top it off 15% gratuity added automatically due to size of party seated. When time to go did not get a receipt for order BEFORE paying so that I could validate cost and still wanted another 15% tip when swiping to pay.,,…ridiculous!! Even had to ask for straws for the drinks…last time I’ll be eating here unfortunately…. SERVICE is EVERYTHING and when a sever expects a top regardless of their lack of service it’s time to not spend money there again..,
