Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

I called Famous Dave's 3 hours before our reservation, and they said everything was good to go. We arrived and told us that was not reservation for us, we talked to the manager, and he said the same thing, I showed the confirmation number and the call that day. So, we ended up waiting for an hour, then we wait for our drinks, the server spilled water on two of my family members, we wait again for ordering of the food, we finally got our food and then we wait again for our tickets. We spent a lot of time at this place at the end we got overcharged two extra items, I did not check the receipt there because we were late for my wife surprise birthday. All this was for her birthday, yet at the very end she received an ice cream for her birthday, that she did not eat because was at the end when we were taking off. I would like to add that the manager at that day did not help the server at any point.

When the French fries and corn bread are the only thing that was good at a BBQ joint......Houston we have a problem. Dry flavorless chicken, same for the ribs. And I don't know what you called that, but it definitely wasn't brisket! Was more like shoe leather. Oh but the ranch for my fries was decent at best, so there's that.

Had a great experience dining in at famous Dave’s today! Our server James was the best! Also, got to talk with the manager, Chris. He was a great guy. We had an amazing experience. I recommend this location to everybody

Went to famous Dave’s for lunch and Caitlin was amazing. The food was good the service was great.

There is a whole lot better BBQ. Smothering it in barbecue sauce doesn't make it barbecue. Waitress was friendly but not good of checking on you or picking up dishes. Next I will look for be better place for Barbecue.

My sausage was overcooked, my son got the ribs, they were tough and chewy. It was an overpriced disappointment and we won't be back.

the service was inattentive. the waiter was more interested in two other tables. I have a rule of thumb. keep my drink filled and check back to see if everything is ok. this didn't happen at at all. the brisket was very tough, and the pulled pork was more fat then meat. we wanted to point this out to the waiter. the portions were not even the same. my wife had part of her order the same as mine. had to wait to get the check and then wait to pay. very annoying evening. we have enjoyed Famous Dave's in the past. this time it will make me reconsider.

Teresa was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Enjoyed the night and would come back!

Super cozy! Theresa was an amazing server and very attentive. Only complaint is the cheesy mac seemed to be a few days old and rather soggy. Otherwise amazing!
