My food was hot and fresh! I ordered curbside but the button to click, “I’m here” was not online! I had to call the restaurant to have someone bring my order out! The associate who brought it out was very nice and friendly!

Food was good, we got rib tips and ribs all came out juicy. Mashed potatoes were a bit dry but ok. Kids meal with chicken strips were very good. The ranch dressing is not good at all though.
We had went to this location about a year prior and the food was disappointing however, it was good this time around.
Our server was great and attentive.

The 4 stars came from the ambience. This once very packed place turned into a ghost town Sticky floors, music was teen pop…. weird ????
Seems like they need a management team to step in and put some care into this place. Looks like they are ok with this location going down hill. The way it’s looking no doubt this location will loose money and end up closing.
Bathrooms need maintenance woman’s facilities are falling apart. Need food consistency at this location.

The Babyback Ribs were great! Didn't care for their St Louis style ribs...not much meat on them and mostly bone/grisly. The sides were good.

We dined here 11/21 this afternoon - Food was cold, meat was tough & chewy. Service was good not exceptional, use ro be one of our favorite bbq but Famous Daves has gone down in almost every way .

It’s been a minute since we’ve been here and we definitely won’t be back. Nothing quite like leaving and immediately getting to pull over when you’re sick.
Honestly one of the worst meals we’ve had in a long long time. It took about 10 minutes to get seated as there was no host. We felt weird about it when we walked in and there were only two other tables sat at dinner hour but decided to stick it out. The food came out incorrect, and on the wrong plates. Catfish was terrible, the pork was slimy and smelled awful. Brisket had pieces so dry and hard we spit them out. Even the Mac and cheese is bad; dry, flavorless and random pieces of corn in it. The banana pudding was 75% whipped cream. We both opted to not eat over half our meals and leave.. Our waitress was pleasant but didn’t seem at all surprised when we said no boxes and that it was not very good. Honesty save your money and go somewhere else. For $75 we could have at least gotten food that wasn’t going to make us sick.

We had an informal gathering of former work-mates. We choose off-peak hours, had the back room to ourselves at no charge, great service (and 20+ individual checks!), and tasty food!

These guys are great!

(Only complaint is the bathrooms could have been cleaner!)

I rarely walk out of a barbecue restaurant disappointed, but the food at this place was extremely average. The meat was dry and had very little flavor, I had the Georgia chopped pork sandwich and two St Louis style ribs. Extremely mediocre. The service was exceptional because I was one of a very few people in the restaurant and I went there between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. so you would expect somewhat of a dinner crowd on a Friday night, but hardly anybody was in there. Too bad, I was looking forward to a great barbecue meal and left disappointed.

Went on 10/27/25 and had Arturo G as our server. Probably the best service ever. Food was great and service even better. Had a great interaction with the manager also.

Our server Sandra surprised us with a peach cobbler when in conversation we told her that the next day was our 50th wedding anniversary.

It's been a while since we've been to this restaurant. We seated ourselves in the bar area. The restaurant was not busy at all. From the time we sat, finally got a server and received our food, which was first taken to the wrong table, 35 minutes had passed. So they let a stranger breathe on our food before I had to turn around and tell the food runner it was our order. We finally received our order, which was incomplete. Staff was not attentive. This is very inconsistent with past experiences at this restaurant.
