Came to get Thanksgiving turkey sub. Out of carved turkey, out of gravy and then wanted to sub sliced smoke turkey. I understand it is popular but order appropriately.
Incomplete order and they did not make it right. Had started ordering here frequently because I found my new favorite sandwich but sadly won't be back.

Waited about 15 mins for my food while they just forgot to make my order. Love these establishments charging 20 dollars for a meal and providing an awful service. Don't worry they will beg for a tip before even being served.

I’ve been to this location twice. First time I was given room temperature soup. They warmed it up in the microwave for me. The 2nd time I asked for no tomato or onion on my sandwich. Both were on the sandwich. When I told the staff they took my sandwich back, removed the items, and gave it back to me.
