Firehouse Subs North Thornton

All I received was vegetables and bread. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich did not have any chicken, and neither of the 2 meatball subs that were ordered had any meatballs. I normally try to be very patient and easygoing when it comes to food service - I worked in fast food for 8 years and it’s tough - but when NONE of your sandwiches contain any protein, I have to say I’m pretty disappointed and frustrated (prices aside because delivery is always elevated, of course). Needless to say I will never be ordering from here again. I’d probably also advise against ordering here, too, unless you’re physically watching them make the sandwich in front of you.

I stopped in for some buckets and to get a sandwich @1130 am and I have to say the place was pretty dirty. Cleanliness is pretty important! There was dirt and debris laying all over the floor. The tables had muck and crumbs left in them from what looked like last night. The chairs were all over the place. Unfortunately I'm a people watcher too. The employees were wearing gloves but gloves do no good if they're touching their hats, putting their hands through their hair, coming from behind the counter and touching the entry door and then going back and touching somebody's sandwich. Glad to see they're protecting their hands and not my food. The sandwich was good hopefully I don't get norovirus from contaminated gloves touching my food.

We ordered 2 customized veggie sandwiches. We picked up- it was truly the worst sandwich I have ever had and both of us that tried to eat it have had gastrointestinal issues.

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. Ordering online was quick and easy, and my order was ready right at the time listed on the confirmation. I ordered the meatball sub, and it was delicious — hot, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for.

The restaurant was clean, the employees greeted me when I walked in, and they promptly handed me my drink along with my order. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit. I would definitely eat here again.

I am very disappointed I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and got a sandwich only with one tiny strip of bacon and lettuce on it, no cheese or turkey and they wouldn’t do anything to correct it! The manager Kaylyn blamed it on door dash and couldn’t care less to try and make it better. Door dash picks up the food they don’t make the sandwiches. If this is the quality of food she is okay with sending out I will never go back to this location.

Came to get Thanksgiving turkey sub. Out of carved turkey, out of gravy and then wanted to sub sliced smoke turkey. I understand it is popular but order appropriately.

Incomplete order and they did not make it right. Had started ordering here frequently because I found my new favorite sandwich but sadly won't be back.
