I was the only one in the restaurant and it took over 15 mins from when I ordered to when I received my order. The employee was nice but it still took too much time. The food did come out hot, fresh, and it was good. The price was high even with inflation.

We have always loved firehouse because of the great food and friendly service. But on Friday past, we stopped in for a quick lunch, and the nice young man, friendly as usual, comped our lunch because my husband had a navy veteran cap on. Thank you, Firehouse for your kindness!!. We'll be baack!

Super yummy and they had our order ready early even though they were very busy. Staff was really friendly and I would recommend Firehouse over Potbelly across the parking lot.

The service was fine, but there was no energy from the staff. They were all polite and efficient, but I did not get the feeling we were welcomed there snd they were just trudging through their day. Again, they were all nice and courteous, just not welcoming.

It's fast food, what else is there to say? I love there subs, and dollar for dollar they are better than Subway. Problem is, both of them are way over priced. For what you pay for fast food subs, you could have spent the same money and gone to Red Robin.
