Delivery driver warnings: fries aren't done until after drivers arrive... meaning you are guaranteed to wait near 10min extra for your 2 dollar order...
They will put you at the back of the current line.. so maybe longer...
Don't come here unless the tip is worth it...
If you do wait longer than 10 min, you can contact uber support to get a bonus for waiting of 3-5 dollars... remember this when picking up at restaurants that disrespect your time. 2 dollars doesn't pay for waiting time. But even after the uber bonus; the driver ain't worth a small fry still XD...

Every time I ask, friends and family have Five Guys at the top of their favorite burger list. I have to agree a lays fresh always made right! The Fries are the Fresh cut best and the serving size is shocking! If you are bag fry type of person Five Guys is your place to be.
Mediocre value served in a noisy dining area. Above average hot dog but overpriced.

This is 2nd time I have gone in and placed a simple order. I asked for a cheeseburger with bacon. I get home which is about 30 minutes away and find out there is no cheese or bacon on my burger. I paid $33 for 2 burgers and fries only to get ripped off and told that I needed to drive back to the store in the snow to get a refund. Sarah refused to give me a managers name only saying that she has several managers. I am disappointed that I continue to get my money stolen from your company. FYI this happened at the Englewood location as well. I will never go back to another one of your stores again. I wonder if your employees are told to do this!

The place was empty, and I never try this before but it was really really good, quick and delicious, we ordered some hamburgers and milkshakes and everything was on top. Recommended
