Great food, and great service.

Amazing food as well as amazing service, Jessica really helped us have a great time and we got our food in no time

Always do the drive thru. Even when the line is long we get in and out in less than about 10 minutes or so. The people are always friendly and smile. I have been inside and the store is sparkling clean. Even the drink and sauce area. Food order is never wrong. Quality never bad. Never missing special requests or even the ingredients in each food item. Always hot and fresh. Soda never flat. If i had the money i would eat here EVERYDAY.

We go here all the time and haven't had a problem until the last 2 times. We ordered 2 sundaes with extra whipped cream and have received none. Then they didn't even get my husband's name correct. I would of went back but drove 16 hours the day before and was exhausted.

Freddy’s is delicious. Definitely recommend the cheese curds. Jessica took my order and had the best energy. Bubbly, kind, and sweet. She’s the best. Thank you!!!

Food was fresh and delicious. The cheese curds were recommended by Jessika B and they were so good! Jessika B was so friendly and even checked up on us after we got out food. Such great customer service. We will definitely be back.

So first off, service was absolutely terrible… The only person who helped us at all was a girl named Jessica, genuinely the only one with a brain and a kind heart who works in the whole place. Everyone else is absolutely stuck up and awful, they made my friend wait 45 (still waiting while writing this) minutes for his food because they forgot to make it… Not to mention the Manager previously stated put unions on my chilly cheese fries when even on the receipt it clearly stated “no diced onions” I wouldn’t make such a big deal about it if i wasn’t deathly allergic to them… Please please head my warning, don’t come here on a Wednesday night! And Jessica you need a damn raise, you handled that situation perfectly. To everyone else, grow tf up.

I keep telling myself that I'm not gonna keep going back because what's the point of them have 2 perfectly good drive up windows to order at when I gotta wait for 1 slow @ss employee to stand 10 feet further away and take my order. It just doesn't make sense. And the thin burgers and teeny tiny fries are nothing to write home about.

Was asked to pull forward at the window after ordering 3 meals. We're waiting 15 minutes later. Next time don't pull forward if they ask you. They will forget you.

Update: We finally got our food. We pulled out, and as we were about to go back on I-25 discovered they forgotten one of our sandwiches. We had to drive back and nag the poor cashier, wasting more of our time.

No apologies offered other than a perfunctory "Sorry about the wait".

My husband drove thru and brought us each home a burger- one double and one single. We had a soda from home and made our own fries (the shoestring fries there weren’t good last time). The burgers were tasty, but our total was over $16 for just the burgers, which I thought was high.

The food was way overpriced. $45 for two hamburgers, fries, and milkshakes. These were the worst hamburgers we have had in years!

Freddy's neglects employee comfort, leaving them shivering outside with no rotations or too long of rotations outside. I can respect having someone outside to have the drive through run faster but would much rather wait in a longer line then see someone working in such conditions. Prioritize people over patties, Freddy's! #WarmHeartsNotJustBurgers
