We had a not so great experience with our food not being the quality we have come to expect. I called and spoke to a man named DJ who made things right with zero hassle. I am a customer service professional with over 20 years in front of the public and I got to say DJ displayed a level of service you just don't see these days from managers in any industry. He obviously takes pride in his craft and yes running any business that puts you in front of the general public is a craft and it takes dedication and pride to do it day in and day out the right way. Keep him happy Freddy's, I'd steal him away in a heart beat to bring him on to my team. Thank you DJ!!

The food at Freddy's is very tasty compared to other burger places, but the service at this particular location was not the best, and that made me not really want to go from there on out. The burger I had ordered had cheese, and the cheese slice still had the cheese paper on it. Luckily I always check my food before I eat or I would've eaten paper. I was far gone, or I would've just taken it back. My point being, people, check your food first.
This was my first time here. I was impressed with the service and surprised that the food was fresh and hot. I'll definitely be returning for a second try. ??
