This store is a Joke, and so is the manager that I interacted with today. I had a defective trail cam and was 2 days out of the 60 day return window (not even printed on the receipt). The manager made no attempt to correct the situation, didn't even offer store credit and came off as being very inexperienced when it came to dealing with customers. He referred to an email that he had printed out about the 60 day return rule, and I really could have cared less. For how much I spent there on ammo and firearms I was surprised they cared so little for their customers.
After talking to a brick wall (the manager), I went out to my car called the 800 number, and they were more than happy to help with my return via shipping it to them. They also said I could take it to another store to return it, so that is exactly what I did. Ended up going to the bass pro shop 12 miles south and I swear it was night and day. Returned the item without even questioning it, and their guy in the gun department can run circles around the 10 nuckle heads in this cabbalas location.
At the end of the day this location is poorly managed and it shows. Invest in your leadership and you will see a big difference. I’m not planning on ever stepping into this circus again, and will gladly go out of my way to go to the Big Bass down the road.
