Since when did the streusel monkey bread go down 50% in size? I’ve gotten these for years at multiple locations and it’s always been the same size. Capable of feeding my family of 6 a dessert. Now it serves no more than 2. Went from a full blown salad size container to a side salad size container. But the same price? This was the main reason we visited, no more.

Upon walking in, it’s clear this location is under new management/ownership. The quality of pizza and the service were both outstanding. Reminded me of Godfathers back in its heyday of the 1980s.

I absolutely love the taco pizza, but ordered pickup on 12/27 & the pizza was absolutely disgusting! Total waste of money as the pizza went straight in the trash! Instead of taco sauce they used marinara, the lettuce was clearly not fresh, & the pizza was burnt! Somehow the price keeps going up & the pizza got smaller. My husband ordered a sausage pizza for himself and couldn’t pinpoint what was wrong with his, just kept saying it tasted “weird” Never Again!
The worst service. Just call and order and you will know what I mean.

When someone orders a deep dish pizza , don't give them a hand tossed. Then say didn't have any dough available. Should of called me back. Very disappointed 😡🤬😡🤬

Food is good, the 4 young kids "running " the orders are lost. Ordered 20 minutes before showing up, still waited 45 more minutes before the food brought out. Talking to many people in the lobby area, same story. One patron had a kids party he ordered for, told food ready by 140pm, left store at 230pm. Why answer the phone and take an order if you are not going to make it until I show up. Need adult supervision. Owners of the franchise, the people you employ are hurting your business

How on earth does a single 12” Jumbo Hawaiian pizza (with Jalapeño added to one side) ring up as $90? Flabbergasted at the price I had the young lady working the counter change my order to a large…the total changed to ≈ $50. When I balked at that price too, she justified it as recent pricing changes. I canceled my order and got food for my family somewhere else. Out of curiosity I built out an online pickup order for a large pizza of the same type and lo and behold the total was ≈$33. What on earth is going on with this business?

The food here is great. The service on the other hand is absolutely terrible, worst I have experienced in some time. I placed an order for 1 pizza, 1 dessert, and 1 order of bread for delivery with an estimated wait time of 45 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later there was no call, no update, nothing. After calling I was told a driver was assigned to my order and the pizza would be arriving shortly. I waited another 45 minutes and nothing. I called back to see what was going on I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and forgotten about. I then called back to speak to a manager, who promptly dropped all responsibility and blamed Door Dash for the issue. Not my fault your business's decision was a bad one to partner with Door Dash. Then to insult me further I was offered a measly 10% off my next order. As if I would order delivery again after not getting a single pizza delivered in over 1 hour and 45 minutes. Would not recommend ordering for delivery from them.
Update: They left the pizza on the doorstep without knocking or ringing the doorbell, 2 hours late, and cold (obviously).
