At a place called goodtime burgers you expect the burgers to be awesome. Sure the burgers were descent, nothing off-putting, but not great and overpriced. The real stars are their sides. The fries, onion rings and cheese curds were all perfect, and their frozen custard was so smooth and so creamy. The staff were friendly and quick to serve us and the place was clean and felt comfortable to be in although the ketchup dispenser was a disaster. Overall it was a good experience, I was just disappointed in the burgers.

This chain has lost quality since covid. Just waited over 20 minutes for a burger and small fries, sixth car in line. I expect this chain to go bankrupt by 2026, prices are too high for food and service that has deteriorated. I’ll be sad to see them go.

Very nice at the drive thru and got our order out quickly! We have never been to a Good Times and wanted to try something new. We ordered a burger, fries, chicken strips, and green chili mac and cheese. All were good and hot and accurate! I love all things green chili, so I really appreciated that option and it was a nice portion.
It was better than good. The staff was amazing and the food was as yummy as I remembered. I will absolutely return.

Srinkflation is real. This was a down right embarrassment. You go to get a double burger and you get a double slider. Never again will I eat at Good Times. I want a normal sized burger, not a taste. RIP GTUpdate: the GM wanted me to reach out to him, which I did via email. A response was never received. That proves that Good Times does not care for their customers. Such a sad day for a tops millennium burger chain. RIP GT
