When my wife and I walked in we had the greatest customer service while ordering our food from Mateo. Mateo had a great attitude, knowledgeable about the menu, explained what I had available with my rewards. Food was delicious.
After eating dinner I got ice cream from Jackie, who also had great customer service. She explained the ice cream and the different options of cones. She had told us that they where out of the cone we wanted but was able to upgrade us.
My wife and I will 100% percent return because of these two fabulous employees.

I love GQue BBQ! The food is delicious...seriously, in addition to the pulled pork I love the apple slaw and the Mac and cheese. This location is so great! The staff is so friendly and so kind! My husband and I came here today to celebrate a birthday so we got the ice cream also. Jackie served our ice cream and she was great! So kind, had great recommendations for flavors, and just an overall kind person. Jackie made a perfect ending to a birthday meal!

This place is a 5 star hands down!!! Wow the food is phenomenal. Everything from the ribs to the brisket and wings!!!! MAGNIFICENT!!!! The onion rings were so crunchy and delicious. Words do not do the GQ BBQ justice. You have to try it just once, promise you will be hooked! I am!!!!!

I was visiting my parents and went to pick up the food. The online ordering service went well. They said I could use the drive thru lane and they even asked for my vehicle details so they knew when I was there. I ended up sitting in my car in front of the window for over ten minutes. At first it was kind of amusing. I waved my hands and honked my horn. There was even a kid out back smoking when I got there. I saw one lady get close to the window twice. I thought she must be ignoring me. I had to call the store and the kid who answered almost challenged my claim of being at the window. I get it. I have a small and low sitting Miata. But, this was ridiculous. Please install some kind of bell or something that sees when your customer arrives. Because I will be back. The food was fantastic.
Had a slight hiccup with something at the restaurant and the employee, Gabe, made sure to step up and take care of things. We were so thankful and happy Gabe rectified the situation.

The price was exceptionally high $57 for wings and 3 slices of dried out, no flavor brisket. I was completely disappointed and will not be returning. Giving a 2 star because the wings were decent
